She has helped me reduce and simplify my supplement routine, which has not always been my experience with other naturopathic providers. I saw Dr. Han for a few months in early 2021 in an attempt to get to the root of a weird, chronic issue I was having. In emails, Dr. Han was very compassionate, empathetic, and detailed. Though, in person, she acted quite differently with me. Dr. Han changed my life. For 7 years I have been trying to figure out whats wrong with me by listening to drs who participate in western medicine. I have had the weirdest symptoms and have been told I have a bunch of disorders and they gave me no treatment plan. Dr. Han takes the time to listen to you at every appointment and trys to figure out the root cause of all your symptoms. The natural supplements and herbal regiments she has me on has changed my life. She also suggested I meditate, work out 5 days a week, and drink a ton of water. I have been following all of her advice, I use to be dizzy and severely anxious everyday for almost 2 years. Dr. Han has been a blessing to me. I was recently diagnosed with SIBO after 7 years of suffering and no relief from traditional Western medicine. The pain was unbearable, constantly pain, at times 10/10 with no relief. Like many others, doctors said my colon doesn't work or I have IBS-C. They put me on a number of different antidepressants and a slew of pills to get my GI tract moving (Mestinon, Reglan, Linzess, Miralax...) Dr. Stacie Han is a very knowledgeable and experienced professional. She takes time to study your life story (all health problems you have been through since your birthday till today including all emotional stresses and environmental factors, including your labwork and diet) to find a root cause of your issues and concerns. My first experience with a naturopathic provider and it was GREAT! Dr. Han is very knowledgeable, thorough, and interested in her patient's concerns and lifestyle. Dr Han is a gem in this industry. I have suffered from digestion/gut issues, IBS, SIBO, Gerd problems for the last 5 years. After seeing conventional doctors I was given no relief nor did any of them truly care about me and all the meds only worsened things for me and then I had them tell me it was all in my head and suggested anti-anxiety meds. I knew what was going on was definitely not in my head and thus began my journey into natural alternative medicine. However this was just the beginning of more challenges. I found that it was not easy to find a trusted ND without knowing or having a connection to anyone. So I searched and searched online. I have now literally spent thousands of Dollars with multiple practitioners from Holistic, ND and functional medicine without significant relief of my condition. I have great respect for all of these fields and I do believe these practices truly heal people from their root cause. But in my opinion this is only true if you have the right practitioner! For the last few years I got suckered into the glamour and glitz of online practitioners whose main goal was financial gain. I didn't realize how much fluff is out there. I paid my hard earned money on expensive consoling sessions and so many herbs and supplements' taking them was literally half my meal! What can I say except these days, you can't just blindly accept a doctor's initial diagnosis or consume multiple prescriptions without getting a second opinion and fully understanding the long-term repercussions of these medications. With the amount of medical information out there these days and alternative treatments outside the realm of Western medicine, I can honestly say that I am so thankful I was referred to Dr. Han and taken under her patient care. Unlike other Naturopathic Doctors who try to order unnecessary tests and prescribe probiotics due to the recent mainstream awareness of its benefits, Dr. Han really invested her time to deep-dive into the root of my digestion problems and compromised immune system. More importantly, she honed in on my diet and nutrition and pointed out the importance of hydration and other natural life-style habits that we take for granted everyday and can easily change without the consumption of external supplements. I really noticed a change in my body, energy level, and overall "balance" in life within our first few meetings over the first three months. I think the biggest benefit from having Dr. Han as my Alternative Doctor was when another doctor recommended I undergo surgery to remove my appendix since I had been diagnosed with acute appendicitis. Dr. Han suggested a diet/nutrition plan to see if we could treat this naturally and the worse case scenario was if my appendix was still inflamed, I could elect to undergo surgery to have it removed permanently. Thankfully, I did not have to undergo that operation and have not had any complications with my appendix since! The appraisal I have for Dr. Han extends into her practice of acupuncture and cupping methods, which I must say that after a few sessions, you feel re-energized and rejuvenated. I don't normally read reviews before I write my own, but the 4 that I read articulate very well why I really value Dr. Han's presence in my life right now. My husband and I both currently see her. He was very sick last year and Dr. Han is helping him work his way back to good health, and it's been extremely beneficial. He's got some work to do with his diet and BELIEVE ME when I say I know how hard it is to do that. I started seeing Dr. Han before my husband for a host of issues resulting from autoimmune disorders. My diet was a huge hinderance on me feeling my best. It was a tough road, but I feel SO MUCH BETTER from cleaning up my diet. It would be very difficult to put into words the difference in my 'before' and 'after'. I think it's one of those things you have to experience for yourself. I do receive acupuncture from Dr. Han as well and I feel so good at the conclusion of the treatment. I have had it done in the past with other doctors but Dr. Han has something different and special. She is very intuitive (which is important to me) and has a very calming, warm environment in which she treats her patients. My teenage daughter is dealing with her own autoimmune problems and we're seriously considering taking her to see Dr. Han as well. She's had a lot thrown at her recently so we're taking small steps, but we're on our way towards Dr. Han with her. She is caring and a terrific listener. Dr. Stacie Han prescribes wonderful supplements and vitamins to maintain good health and remedy colds for my infant (now toddler) and family. There are so many random drugs/vitamins/supplements out there, it's hard to know which ones are true to ingredients and the best quality. Most common drug store products are terrible and a waste of money. I feel confident that I'm only getting the best from Dr. Han (no side effects). The vitamins & supplements were shipped overnight in coolers with ice packs, and stored safely in my refrigerator...amazing! They last for months, a little goes a long way. When my baby was sick with flu like symptoms, she did so much better thanks to the cold remedies that Dr. Han provided for our family. We don't live in the same city, but Dr. Han provides phone/video consultations, which is perfect for us. After working with my primary physician and a hematologist over the past 3 years, I was not able to resolve my struggle with anemia. I had radically changed my diet over the past 18 months, thinking that some food allergy was preventing absorption. So I began eating a paleo diet. I had already been eating high quality pastured meats/eggs, mostly organic diet, but I thought that grains and dairy were contributing to the problem. One year later, my blood work indicated I still had extremely low iron levels. I finally resolved to find another approach and that's when I found Dr. Han. Since my second visit, I decided to take my 13 year old daughter to see Dr. Han. My daughter has had a lot of GI issues after getting sick on a vacation several years ago.
