My muscles were so tight they felt like bone... it was (k)not good. Getting the deep tissue massage with the cupping add-on with Francesca has been essential to my well being / self-care routine. She starts by asking you where you want her the focus on during the massage and has great table side manners. For who also suffer from the same pain - you gotta go regularly! The relief doesn't happen after one massage, it has to be a consistent practice! A nice benefit of the massage is that even though I'm not a member of the gym, I can use the sauna afterwards.
