Normally a small scoop suffices for me after a nice meal but I ended up wiping out the entire cup because it is that good. I sampled some other flavors too that I would like to come back and try (plus take some proper photos for a review). The owners/staff are really amazing and so welcoming. Their product is their craft and their passion shows in their craft. I look forward to returning and shall spread the word among my colleagues when they have layovers in New Orleans.
