I go to the Orange Park Women's Club monthly for a DAR meeting. The meeting space is a pretty good…read moresize. There are roughly 90 people at each meeting and there is enough room. There is also a kitchen and restroom in the room which makes it nice. The space could use some updating but really the space is fine for what it is there for. There is plenty of parking around and while it can get crowded, I have arrived late and never had an issue finding a spot. I would like the walking path lit at night but other than that the space is perfectly fine.

Although I have perused Journeys store before, I have never made a purchase until now. I was…read moreactually looking for a specific pair of shoes: Sorel Winter Conquest wedge boots. Journeys offered the best price for the item online. I made the purchase and also enrolled in their birthday club. A few days later, I received an email from Journeys with 15% discount for my birthday. I tried to get a price adjustment over the phone, but Journeys would not allow it. Because the shoes cost a pretty penny, I re-ordered them and applied the 15% discount, with the intentions of returning the purchased ones to the store. When I arrived at Journeys OP, Maria P. was the employee who assisted me. She was very friendly and helpful from the start. Unfortunately, the cash register did not have enough money to refund me the amount I spent on the shoes. Maria took the time to figure out a way for me get my refund without having to come back to the mall. She was more than willing to accommodate me without seeming annoyed or flustered. I really appreciated the friendly customer service and her ability to find a resolution quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be returning to shop there.
