I ordered the "Lovely Luxe Bouquet" and upgraded for a "Deluxe" version which they showed the difference of what it would look like, shown in the first picture and the second picture is what was actually sent. UNACCEPTABLE. 3 roses for $140 and a bunch of flowers and colors I didn't not order. I could have picked these flowers out of my own garden. ITS NOT WHAT I ORDERED my mother for Mother's Day. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I put on the order NO SUBSTITUTIONS as this florist did something similar 4 years ago. If you can't make the order don't accept it. Complete rip off. None of the flowers I ordered are in this bouquet and the amount of flowers and quality of flowers is not equal. When I called ON MOTHERS DAY (I had the flowers delivered the day before, on Saturday), they admitted there were "a lot of orders and they didn't have any of the flowers that were advertised on my order" and they promised they would deliver the bouquet I had ordered on Monday. Well Monday comes around and there is NO DELIVERY. At this point I want a FULL REFUND. I would have been okay with them attempting to making it right, by sending the flowers I ordered AFTER MOTHERS DAY, but they can't even do that correctly. At this point I don't want a credit or replacement. I want my money back. Please do yourself a favor and look at other low reviews on here and on Yelp. I wish I had before I had ordered - they mention the same issues. THEY DON'T SEND WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR. Make sure to ask the person you bought the flowers for to send you a picture of what was delivered. I'm sure it won't be what was ordered. Second time this has happened now! Also my mother told me they called her and spoke to her about a delivery on Tuesday, which is NOT WHAT WE AGREED TO. Also WHY ARE YOU CALLING THE PERSON WHOM IM SURPRISING WITH THE FLOWERS?! Great surprise. Who is running this place?? Do call all people who are to receive flowers and let them know they are to get them, before delivery? It just gets more and more unbelievable....

I looked at Le Botanique website and loved her site. I called at 10:15 am which is shortly after opening. While no one answered she called me back with in 10 minutes and she was just coming back from the flower market with fresh flowers! I was stoked. I did a mid size designers choice and honestly it was the most gorgeous boutique. She loves what she does and even explained the roses were exotic and one of the flowers was from Japan even. She has the best customer service, you feel super welcomed, and you clearly see her passion. I will no longer support any one else she will always be my go to florist.

I was lost a little on the website and in grief could not figure out where to place a note to send with the flowers I was ordering. I cried trying to explain myself and the woman named Cindy on the other end walked me through the ordering process and let me rush off the phone to weep graciously. She called an hour later just to check on me and had not even received the email for the order I had placed the same minute before she called to check on me. I was willing to let them use the flowers that they had in stock to make a nice arrangement, and I was not disappointed. The arrangement was beautiful! The website comes with a warning saying that if they are out of a flower or it isn't in season that they will replace it with flowers of equal value, however I think they failed with this bouquet. Second of all, they are not only amazing florists, but their customer service is wonderful. They have been super flexible and adapting to my own needs in a subscription (living out of town but really loving their unique look and gorgeous arrangements) and also I've heard do really great things for their community. I am a huge fan of this company and drive 45 minutes to get their flowers.
