The staff at the shop is always very sweet and friendly. They even called ahead to verify what I was looking for. The prices are very reasonable for the quality that you get. So I took a closer look on the Google and found Bella Bloom. The owner answered the phone just before close and took all the time I needed to order a few perfect things. My girl is goth, so pastels don't fly. I just saw a pic of what she got and they KILLED IT. What I didn't know is no one has ever sent her flowers before in her whole life. Well Monday comes around and there is NO DELIVERY. At this point I want a FULL REFUND. I would have been okay with them attempting to making it right, by sending the flowers I ordered AFTER MOTHERS DAY, but they can't even do that correctly. At this point I don't want a credit or replacement. I want my money back. Please do yourself a favor and look at other low reviews on here and on Yelp. I wish I had before I had ordered - they mention the same issues. THEY DON'T SEND WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR. Make sure to ask the person you bought the flowers for to send you a picture of what was delivered. I'm sure it won't be what was ordered. Second time this has happened now! Kelly was the first florist to actually pick up the phone, and she was very accommodating. She told me she would find a way to pull together something tasteful for our friend.
