I see other patients had a similar experience I've had! Went to pick up my glasses after 2 weeks, it was incorrect. Haley (in Optical) blamed Dr Pan wrote the wrong prescription. Reordered them, second time they are wrong again! I then notice she ordered me trifocal lens instead of the computer bifocal I SPECIFICALLY asked for several times. She then proceeds to tell me Bifocal will cost me more than the trifocal!! I refused to pay even more since they got it wrong. I asked for the Mgr to call me back. It's been 2 days, nothing. I've asked for Ashley the NE Eye Assoc Mgr to call me back. Nothing! Now the said they want me to come back in. NO. They refuse to refund me even though they can't get it right! This whole place is a joke! Don't waste your time and money. Go elsewhere, you'll be better off. read more

Went to pick up my glasses today and the prescription was all wrong. They forgot to add the reading prescription. Who forgets to add that on a pair of glasses? The frames were not the ones I remember choosing. Bait and switch, we were originally told that both eyes would be 1500 with our ins after we paid they told us we would owe an additional 1500 for the other eye. These people are not to be trusted. You will end up paying double the original estimate. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I had to express my opinion about the incredible staff at the surgery center. As in all medical offices, visits do not always run according to plan, but they were kind and professional and even offered me their lunch. All the instructions were straightforward, and every concern was answered with a smile. I wish all doctor's offices could run as well as these folks do. I have been treating here for 10 years; everything from regular eye exams to Cataracts to Chronic Dry Eyes to Glaucoma checks. Everyone from the friendly staff who greet you upon arrival to each of the doctors I've treated with are amazing, attentive and professional. Scheduling is easy and I know I'm not just another number. The care is beyond question. The office is clean with modern equipment. Dr Chapman and the nurses in the surgery center eased my anxiety and I was surprised how fast and easy the surgery was. Several experiences relating to over-booking or very poor scheduling and an incredibly erroneous prescription. First visit -- Nearly an hour before I saw anyone. I was told there had been an emergency. The second visit -- Waited nearly 30 minutes past appointment time before being called. The third visit -- packed waiting room. Called after 15 minutes, put in one room for part of the procedure, returned to the waining room for 20 minutes, then another procedure, back to the waiting room where i began commenting in annoyance about the situation, whereupon I was told, "well, the Dr. has lots of patients. When I finally did see the Dr. he gave me a prescription that was for someone nearly blind (I only need slight correction). read more

It's 2019 you can call me or text me while I go get breakfast. Jeez. Instead I get a "we have coffee?" Ok thanks. The Staff: Everyone at this office is awesome! The front desk was very friendly and took care of me right away. I went in for my pre-exam for LASIK and was seen by Dr. Clayton Blehm and he was very caring and took time to go over all my my options and risks. When the day finally came to the surgery I felt very prepared and knew exactly what to expect. The surgery when well without any issue. My surgery was about a year ago now and I have had no problems. The Atmosphere / Equipment: The office has a professional feel, nothing out of the ordinary. It is very well kept. They have some very fancy pieces of a equipment, like one that will map your eye to further customize the vision correction. I would highly recommend this office for any one for just normal yearly eye exams to more complex problems. read more

My experience at all points of service was exceptional. I have had glasses prescribed for more years than I can count, and this is the first time that my prescription was spot on, and I was happy with the glasses from day one. I don't know where to begin. I left feeling absolutely humiliated. I'll start by saying I'm not a millennial or easily intimidated. I found out I have a rare eye condition called Keratoglobus after losing an eye in an accident. I went to see Dr. Chapman our of a recommendation from another highly knowledgeable doctor. the appointment went fine until the end he asked if another doctor could come take a look which was fine because I know it's rare disease. So the doctor comes in and all go well until their personal cell phones come out and they start taking pictures talking about how "cool" and "neat" it is. The second doctor couldn't see well with the lighting so Dr Chapman help my eye open(which is sore now) and shined a flash light in my eye so the younger Doctor could get better pictures with his CELL PHONE!!!! I Felt so humiliated. Like I was nine years old being used as a science experiment. After it was over I was pissed crying in my car a 34 year old 6'8" man feeling like a child because i just felt weak and helpless again. It's so ridiculous maybe but I will never in my life step foot in that place again. read more

Have used them for a few years foe family. Had 9:30 appointment today with Dr. Troutman. I arrived a couple of minutes early, There was an elderly gentlemen, his wife, and son there. The elderly gentlemen claimed to have an appointment to have. His eye pressure checked, the staff claimed he didn't. Troutman agreed to take care of him and they took him back at 10. I did not get checked in by 10 for my 9:30 appointment despite a full staff and no other patients present at check in besides the elderly gentlemen, so I crossed my name off the list and left. I called and left a message for Troutman to call, he didn't care enough to call back. Not the kind of place I'll be trusting with my families vision in the future. read more
