When I informed them of the issue, they didn't even offer an apology they tried to say I asked for the wrong thing. Uh! NO! You didn't actually Walk back to see if the item was there or it was right. I ended up buying another part there and the cashier told me this team member does that stuff all the time, and noone says nothing to her....confirmed I had a legitimate complaint and she lied to cover up her mistake. Their prices are competitive, their products are good quality, and it has always impressed me that they are closed Sundays so that their employees can spend that time with family and go to church.

Well, turns out, it's not available that often so I only got enough to do one small guest room in Cottage #1 The other thing that is super annoying about this HD is they don't have a tool rental department. If you want to rent a piece of speciality equipment you have to go to Sherman for that. So that is where we go mostly. We go to Sherman. Their Home Depot is better & has a equipment rental. We only use this small location for little things and lawn care/nursery.
