Not only did the " oil filter" wrench for $9.99 do the trick but,it was invaluable when I reassembled the filter housing and needed a certain leverage on the clamp. This gives me confidence that if you shop smart with an idea of the outcome you need, Harbor Freight is likely to have a low priced solution.
