What are you doing in case of an emergency if the loved one is missing or hurt and you can't contact them and their cell phone is off. Last time I stayed there there was a girl at the front counter that was in the dining area reading a book away from the phone that says a lot. Staff is sloppy there is no maintenance technician available so if you'd like to be treated like dog Doodoo, this is a place for you.

We have 2 dogs & I am always so grateful for a pet friendly hotel that I do not mind paying extra. I suspect the extra fee is to cover additional cleaning services. Dogs are emotional support for most dog owners & it's not difficult to get paperwork showing so. I don't think this should grant you the right to bypass an extra fee charged for all pets. They did apologize for that. The room above us was loud all night long. Then in the morning when we turned on the heat and fan there was a very strong odor of weed. I went outside, but nobody was there. The smell was so strong that we checked out early. I was getting a headache. I told the front desk about all this but nothing was done. Not even an apology, just a shrug of the shoulder and trying to explain that the weed was from outside. She even admitted she could smell it. Do they even want return customers here at all? Well, I can say I will not return, nor anybody I tell this story too.

It looks like it wasn't cleaned before we came. There was someone's hair between the blankets and sheets, hair ALL OVER the bathroom floor, in the tub, around the toilet. The counters had something all over them that was crusty. Mirror was dirty. Carpet had several raised ridges. The ceiling had been leaking. Floors weren't vacuumed. We asked for extra pillows and they had nothing. They were not all that welcoming and made us feel gross. The hole place was dirty and not ADA compliant.
