The photos online are incredibly deceptive. They make it look like a modern studio flat with plenty of natural light. The truth is that it is in the basement of an early 1900s building with 2 sliver slats of glass. It's dark, it's musty smelling. Also not mentioned on their website is that it is literally spitting distance from a giant mortuary. Now for some, that might be a selling point, but not for us. There were giant cobwebs in the tiny window slats and yes, we did see a giant spider that eluded us and made our "sleep" not restful. Speaking of the bed, not comfortable. Again, this place is advertised as LUXURY. Their words. Not mine. It's fine to call something rustic or industrial, but this room in particular is being sold as something it isn't. The bedding was hot, the bed was a rock, but it does vibrate on command if you are into that. If this place were closer to $100 a night then I could maybe see this being just a weird night and a funny story. But there are other hotels in the area that charge $100 less and offer a free breakfast and you don't have to clean up after yourself. This is not a boutique hotel, it's an Air b&b. Little things: Website says bathrooms are stocked with Aveda products, they were not. Websites says to enjoy complimentary snacks (bottles of arrowhead water and 4 bags of chips) You have to do your own dishes The water pressure is TERRIBLE There wasn't much hot water at night Despite being in the basement it was weirdly hot Whatever they are using to clean was irritating our eyes the entire time. Again, it's one thing to call a spade a spade and charge accordingly. This company is not being honest about these accommodations and they are charging luxury prices. This is a small town in the off season. We booked this room specifically because we wanted to have a nice luxury hotel stay. Walls were thick other than in the bathroom , which was good because a family next door had loud kids and a baby-which again, could only be heard if you were in the bathroom. It's an older building off the beaten path with teeny-tiny bathrooms and and an even smaller parking lot. Now, on to my review. I called the front desk from Salt Lake City quite late in the evening. I was trying to push through as far as I could, but I knew I only had maybe an hour left in me before I started nodding off at the wheel. I almost pushed the "reserve" button on the Best Western just outside of town, but the cheapskate in me just could not warrant the $100 pricetag. I mean, I stayed at BW in Arizona the night before for HALF that. On to Yelp. I plotted my course and looked for the little pins along the way. I found this one with a pretty solid rating (thanks fellow Yelpers!) and called. The lady who answered was downright kind. I mean, really, really sweet. The price she quoted me was more my speed (uner $50). She had one room left. She told me that she turns in before midnight, but would be willing to wait for me as long as I promised to call if my plans changed. Mdme. GPS took me right to it, and, sure enough, the (very young-looking and beautiful) owner met me at the desk. She checked me right in and told me I got the "fun room" - meaning it had a separate bedroom besides the main room. (Side note - traveling as a group or with kids? Ask for room #9) We swapped a couple of stories. Her darling calico deemed me her newest best-best-best friend (and kept me company as I unpacked my van later). I got me a good, old-fashioned metal key on one of those diamond-shaped plastic jobbies. This amazingly kind woman even moved her own car so I'd have a place to park for the night. The front of the building is like an English garden. Well kept, blooming flowers, and little patio sets adorn the walkways. Enchanting. The room itself is nothing much - though (other than the postage-stamp sized bathroom), they are spacious. I chose to sleep in the bedroom area, as it was DARK and absolutely silent. I mean, sleepy-town zombies are a-coming quiet. Ahhhh.... The room is equipped with a modest flat-screen TV, a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and well-maintained AC unit. The free wifi is easy to hook up to and works great. (Writing this on it now) The beds are quite comfortable. Did I mention how wonderfully quiet it is? The place was full, but you wouldn't know it. I did not hear a neighbor that evening or this morning. In fact, I kind of overslept. I never do that, even at home. One more note: the place is absolutely SPOTLESS. Housekeeping deserves an Olympic gold medal. This weary traveler found it charming. I would absolutely stay here again.

However, it has a nice western theme to it. The hospitality is great! Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room itself, a king sized pet friendly room, had perfect and CLEAN floors and was large! There were TWO arm chairs in the room and a comfy bed. Fridge, microwaves... pretty much what you need. The vanity area was pretty small thats why I took a picture but it worked. Shower and toilet room were kinda small as well but they did the trick. I wasn't expecting a spa and it was not, but it was extremely comfortable. They serve breakfast in the morning but I didn't experience it we needed to head out. Check this out if you are in the area. Reasonably priced as well and we did not have a reservation.

The comforte had crusty pieces of who knows what on it. The towels were crunchy and had holes on them. However, the only redeeming quality is how close it is to the hot springs! We could have probably slept twice as many as we have. It's 3 levels with room, after room after room. All of them are decent size but the 2 master BR suites (1 up, 1 down) are the largest. They are all decently appointed. There are at least 4 TVs although we had problems getting them to work. After reporting an issue someone came out and got the Sitting Room/Kitchen one going and said that was the only one the HOA was responsible for. The rest were to be handled by the owner but over Christmas that was unlikely and was not corrected. Other issues bathroom toilet running and bathroom door that would not lock. Issues but overall a great place.
