We have actually lived in our 5th wheel travel trailer for the past eight months while waiting for…read moreour home to be built. The managers are very helpful. No matter what time of day or night you pull in, they come out to help you get set up and get connected. There is electric power, sewer hookup and water at each cement pad. The manager mows and waters the grass around each trailer spot to keep the park looking nice. In the winter, he is out moving snow as soon as it comes down, even in the dark of night. There are shade trees by every pad. They are selective on who they allow to park or stay here. It's a clean, quiet, peaceful place to stay. There are other RV parks in the valley, but none with as few problems or as many amenities. Nearby is a golf course and a shaded walking trail along the Logan River. Even though this site is less than a mile from downtown Logan, you don't hear any traffic. Between the trees are vistas of beautiful sunsets on the mountains.

Beginning with our very first visit and going up till now we have seen significant improvements in the property. They have consciously spent a large amount of money in improvements making this park our absolute favorite KOA in the 50+ we have visited. It is older and is small, but the improvements have made this park a real gem. They have installed cement patios on a number of the sites, improved and updated the dog parks, renovated the pool, and upgraded their electrical system. But the biggest addition is they now have a full restaurant ON SITE! You call in your order and they will bring it to you or you can pick it up! We've never see something like that! They have spaces for big rigs ( we're 82 feet with an F-150!). And they get us in every time. Our favorite park hands down!

They eventually pushed the ones who owned their trailer out of the park the others they evicted for whatever reason. Management has always been rude. Every manager they have had wasn't very pleasant. After my parents passed away they made it almost impossible to get their things out of their home. The home should have went into probate. They made us sale it right away. The whole situation was messed up and management sucks they always have been not very good people.

A tad rustic, it is a huge park with mostly long term residents. Some sites and trailers are nice, while others are very old with junk around the parameters. Some have mowed grass, others have weeds waste high. The park of 200 plus sites is about half full, with tenants sporadically placed... which gives the impression the park has been here a while. The sites are impressively big! There is a large community room with kitchen, couches and a book library available. Check in was easy. Right off the 15-some freeway noise.

She was easy to ask of things and came through with helping us whenever we had a need. As this place was my first experience owning and living in a 5th wheel I was glad to have Kiersten being there to ask questions. There are sites here which you face your neighbor and others where you are at the end of a row and don't share your grass area with anyone. The bathrooms and laundry area was clean and taken care of.
