On the day of, JoAnne was right on time to pick the bridesmaids up for the first trip to the venue, and I got a text message with the license plate and a photo of the driver to tell me that she had arrived which was very helpful. They let us connect our own phones for music on the way to the destination, which was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves! And we were able to safely bring my dress, 8 dozen (!) cupcakes for the wedding, and all the flowers without any issue and plenty of room to spare on the Mini Coach.

Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for.
