John took the time to answer all of my questions during the walkthrough and his knowledge on the subject really came through. Our conversations on product recommendations were very nuanced and I learned a ton. My HOA is really picky about soundproofing, and he was able to provide all needed evidence to prove PPF's recommended soundproofing was superior than their requirements in order gain approval for the installation.
