Horrible service. Non English speakers installers so you can't tell them how you want it done and they don't understand when you tell them it's wrong. Terrible customer service. Promises made to fix and never followed through. Mismatched molding in the same room on the same wall. And they left blue tape behind it. Pinched my cable and ethernet behind the molding in every room, now I will have to cut everything. Molding not even lining up in several places.We finally had to fix all the mistakes ourselves. Rob Brookshire is totally useless. Overall it's a disaster. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever!! read more

I found a great piece for my closet. Bill was very happy to help me. I was surprised at the selection of high quality pieces of remnants that actually were enough carpet on the roll to complete a small room without breaking the budget. I have my own installer, but I won't hesitate to ask Bill for assistance if ever the need arises. Sometimes, you just have to give the small businesses a chance because every case is unique. Philip the sales rep failed to list the rooms that need new carpet. The home was vacant at the time. The crew came out and removed all the carpet in the house. Juan called me to tell me what they did and I will call you back to tell you the outcome. No phone call. The crew reinstalled the carpet they removed that should not have been removed. The installers used the restrooms and never flushed, left razor blades on window sills and broke a door. When I called Juan and told him what happen, Juan asked the crew and all denied they broke the door or used the restroom. I was told to send pictures of the broken door but was never give an email or cell to send pictures. When I asked Juan to come view the problem he refused. Juan and Philp did not provide a resolution to my issue or offer and compensation for the door. The company acknowledge their mistake and a reduced the cost of the labor. Thank you. read more

DO NOT SETTLE WHEN THESE GUYS MAKE A MISTAKE!! I cannot stress this enough, I don't want anyone else to end up in my shoes. We had water damage over a year ago and had lived in our condo with carpet that needed replacement and base boards that needed to be reinstalled for that time until the point of selling this year. Juan came out to quote us on the carpet, they had the cheapest quote and I trusted him (at that point) to do the job quickly and flawlessly. He had someone come out and install the carpet, once the carpet was done, I had my neighbor come in to check the job that was done. She sends me a picture of a broken kitchen tile (was not broken before) and asked me if it was broken before. Luckily I had taken pictures of the place before leaving to prove that there were no issues before the installation was done. Long story short Juan tried to not have to repair our tile by laying new tile, I finally settled with him by allowing him to do a MARBLE transition and complete our baseboards to SAVE THEM MONEY (big mistake on my end!). I get images a few days later after this was done just to find that they put in some cheap piece of wood to cover their mistakes. Here's the worst part. I had him type me an agreement to do just what he said he was going to do in order for me to accept these terms to save them money and not make them have to re-tile the entire kitchen. He did not even contact me when they made this decision to cover their mistakes instead of fixing them. VERY VERY POORLY TREATED CUSTOMER read more

I worked with the staff at the Kennesaw location (Ashley and Josh) to have LVP and carpet installed in my intown condo. Everyone was super professional and helpful. Following installation, I had some relavtively minor issues with both the carpet and the LVP, but the team was super-responsive and came out right away to get those issues addressed. In addition to the excellent service, I love the look of my new carpet and floors -- both warm up an otherwise modern, industrial space.
