Two days later Grerg Costello, Owner, Sales, came to my house and we reached a reasonable deal for installation. The Flooring was delivered. I was told the installers Danilo and jake would arrive at 8AM in the morning. At 8AM in the morning Toni Robinson arrived with the installers, she introduces everyone and answered any questions. The installers went to work immediately and only took a short lunch break and completed the job a 6PM. (10 hours). They were very respectful and did a professional job of installation and did an amazing job cleaning up. When they were actually finished with the bathroom, there was a tile that wasn't even glued down at all in the corner. And whenever they put my toilet back, they didn't caulk all the way around it. And let's talk about the toilet, because they messed up and broke the supply lines to two of my toilets and had to replace them, we had to keep the water shut off to our house for a full day while they got replacement parts. Not to mention the foot molding, they would've walked out without doing several pieces if I didn't directly point at them and say "you never did this and it looks awful", in fact, they did, the workers said they would return with more foot molding for the bathroom whenever I asked them to, they never did. I eventually just gave up on waiting and told my handyman to go ahead and come in regardless because I was sick of having no sink. Whenever we asked for compensation, they only offered us $200 which is a complete INSULT considering since their mistake left me with no bathroom floor for two months. That oversight also lead to other repairs being pushed back as well, because I had a group of handyman that needed to do other work in that bathroom couldn't do it until the floors were in. It goes without saying we are highly dissatisfied, we will not be using this company again, and we will not be recommending them. What really sucks is if they had made it right, we would've had them redo the rest of the flooring in the house as well later.

Before work began, I explicitly instructed the contractor not to use nails, screws, or make any cuts due to waterproofing and structural concerns. These instructions were clear and non-negotiable. Despite those warnings, the contractor ignored my instructions and used fasteners and cuts anyway, directly compromising the waterproofing system. As a result, my home suffered extensive water intrusion and damage that now totals tens of thousands of dollars. When I discovered the damage and attempted to address it professionally, the contractor refused to engage, hung up on me, and has since avoided all responsibility for the destruction caused by his work. There was no attempt to inspect, repair, remediate, or even discuss a resolution. This was not a misunderstanding -- it was a complete disregard for client instructions, property protection, and professional accountability.
