I looked at all kinds of pet enclosures at stores, aviary, chicken coops even rabbit hutches but all of them looked way too flimsy. We live in an area where coyotes, bobcats and all kinds of predators regularly come in our backyard. Flimsy would not cut it. I had a local carpenter come out to give me a quote and he was twice as expensive as Justin and he insisted that the enclosure be screwed into the tile. I really didn't want that. Justin came up with a way to use braces that push against both sides and the top creating pressure that holds it into place. I live a couple of hours from Mesa so Justin took measurements by phone. It took a couple of weeks to build and when I saw it at pickup, I couldn't have been happier. The enclosure he built is a heavy duty from 2x4's and thick hardware cloth. It's built to last and I know my cats are safe in their new play space.

I hired Sunset Masonry for a masonry project that involved coordination between three neighboring…read moreproperties. While the masonry work was completed, communication and project management were significant issues. On multiple occasions, the project manager initiated phone calls by immediately yelling. These calls included repeated references to cost concerns on other parts of the project which were unrelated to my scope of work. My portion of the project was limited to cutting an opening in an existing block wall and adding two columns for a gate I had already purchased. When the gate installer (one they frequently recommend) came to install the gate, he notified me that the hole was too large for my gate and there would be a noticeable gap. When I contacted the project manager to flag the issue, the response was another phone call in which I was yelled at. While the final result is functional and the gap issue was eventually resolved by adding a piece of metal, due to the communication style, lack of professional conduct, and quality control issues, I would not recommend this company, especially for larger projects or projects requiring coordination.
