I ordered the jumper on July 3rd for a party at my house on 4th of July. I picked the 5 in 1 modular combo for $200. Shreya asked if they could drop it off early between 8am-12pm because they had a lot of deliveries scheduled around noon. She said they would pick it up around 8pm. I figured since they are located nearby that it's easier for them to drop it off early and pick it up late. The jumper arrived around 9am and they set it up in the front yard. Took me a few days to calm down to write this review because I was livid. I booked with Galaxy 2 years ago because they have experience working with Hayward Parks and Recs which requires the jumper company to provide certificate of insurance naming the Park as a beneficiary (needless to say it is a pain in the ass requirement and not many vendors have insurance and/or are willing to work with the Hayward Recs). Galaxy showed up late well after the party had started. I called and couldn't get a hold of the company. When I did, I was fed with a bunch of excuses. I was annoyed, but they showed up. I decided to use them again despite the not so good experience, because I was gullible and I figured how could anything go wrong this time around? It's the same park, they know me, and they know the park's requirements. I reserved with them late May 2019 for a party late July (2 months in advance) and reminded them almost every other week to send the park the certificate of insurance because it's a mandatory requirement. They replied each time "we will. We work with Hayward Recs before. We got it. Don't worry." I was contacted a week before the party by the Park that they would cancel my reservation if they don't receive the certificate from Galaxy. Obviously I went into panic mode. Galaxy said unfortunately they were still negotiating with their insurance company and would not be able to provide the certificate in time. Wtf?! One week before my party? Totally unprofessional and they essentially ruined my kids' birthday party as we relied on the bouncy house as the main form of entertainment. They eventually called me a few days before the party indicating the insurance as been renewed but by that time I had scrambled to find another vendor. I do not recommend doing business with this company because they're unreliable and unprofessional. This is not how you run a business. Renewing the insurance is YOUR problem not the customer's. I hope they got their act together from my situation. read more

Contacted shreya for my daughters 5th bday this past Sunday. She texted me the day before confirming my order with a drop off window between 10-11am. On the day of my party, 11am passes. 1125a- I texted her what her eta is. She says " no one is there yet? Oh let me ask." 15 min pass, She doesn't respond back. I text her asking what's the update and I even call her 3-4 times back to back. She responds 30 min later "oops so sorry phone got on mute. Let me check what happened." First of all, why the hell is your phone on mute when you have clients using your stuff? 10 min pass now, same sh*t no answer. I call blowing up her phone now. An hour later at 12:22p, my party started at 12, she picks up. She said she can't even get a hold of her driver. He has truck problems. The driver now is calling me on the other line. Said he won't make it until 1-130p. Nope! Sorry! That don't cut it! He said he still had to pick up the 2 patio heaters I ordered. I said never mind don't want it, bring me the table and chairs. In 10 min, he was at my house. He pulled up, didn't apologize for being late or nothing. Great customer service!!! Smh. Told driver to be back by 630 for pickup. At 530p, texted shreya, asking her what is she going to charge me. My total bill was supposed to be $142, that's including a $30 delivery fee. Patio heater $30 each( which I didn't get), 14 chairs $1.50 each, kids table set $25. She never responds what she's going to charge me. No surprise there. So the guy comes to pick up their stuff, and I told him to have his boss call me to discuss $. The driver said, since you didn't get the patio heaters, $75. WTF. You still going to charge me that after you were late and shreya not even responding to her customer!? This is how ya'll run a business!? Basically I wasn't going to pay, and the driver said let me talk to the big boss, after my husband told him that ya'll f*ucked up. Already pissed and IDGAF, I went out to give the driver his $75. He's on the phone, tried to give him the money but he walking away. He gets off the phone and said just give me $40, I was late coming. I said take your $, but he insisted on $40. Whatever take the $40. Monday morning, look who responds, Shreya. Her excuse, she had a bad headache and wasn't in the office on Sunday. She said she'll give me a full refund. *eyes rolling* I picked you guys off of yelp cause you got 4 star reviews. Too bad you can't do a negative star review, shouldn't even get 1 IMO. This was the most frustrating and terrible customer service on the day of. Shreya- you were good communicating thru emails up until the party. This may have been a fluke, you may have been sick, but pass that shit on to another employee to take care of. Don't give me no excuse, HANDLE IT!! Can't be leaving your customers hanging like that. The birthday party was Mickey Mouse theme which was requested and when they came, what did they bring? Strawberry Shortcake because the Mickey banner was damaged. Why was there no communication prior to booking then? Why the F would we want a Strawberry Shortcake jumper when it is a BOY Mickey Party. So my friend asked what they had, all they had was Spiderman. YAY....Spiderman for a Mickey Mouse Party (sense the sarcasm) The pick up for the jumper was supposed to be at 7pm, why did they show up at 615pm WHILE kids are still in the jumper. Galaxy jumper has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. To began, trying to set up your rental with the Shraya is like pulling teeth. They don't check mesages or use the handy contact tool on their website. Once she actually returned the call, she calls back from her missed calls list. This meant she called my work, Instead of using the number left in the message. Next, we booked 2 generators; 1 for the jumper and one for our DJ since we were at the park. 3 days before the event, they cancel the 2nd generator. She doesn't apologize! She instead tells me she was "doing me a favor" by even renting me a 2nd generator because they only rent 1 per jumper. Why wouldn't you just say that upon request? Day of the event , the driver; who was obviously on some type of drug, calls 14 times. No joke. Once they arrive, they are so rude and want cash before blowing up the jumper. Lastly- upon setup with the rudest crew ever, I asked how long the generator will last. He checks his paper and says 8 hours? That's how long you booked it for. I asked- do I need to Turn it off to reduce has usage. He says "no. It ready for the day!" 3 hours later, with kids in the jumper- the generator stops and won't come back on. It took 2 hours to get the guys to come back. Galaxy Jumper had multiple excuses. He said "it's not our generator","we can't find you ", "I can't understand you ". He finally came when I told him i would sue him for a refund. By the time he came, we had rearranged the party to move the DJ so we could use his Non- Galaxy Jumper generator. The the Galaxy jumper guy says "why am I here. The jumper looks fine." I replied for the 12th time- this is not your generator. Yours is the broken one next to it. He came with gas can, knowing already that it was out of gas. Why didn't they just fill the gas all the way from the beginning? When the man came to retrieve the jumper from the party, he walks up and yells into the jumper at the kids. Get out. Everybody out now! All the kids run to their parents crying. His reply is "the rental time is up". Just a bad experience all the way around. I will never use them again. read more

We had it reserved for 3 hours but actually they came and set up the jumper at the park an hour earlier so my son and my daughter got free reign of the jumper for about an hour! Setup was quick and easy. Don't remember the two guys' names but they were very friendly and even offered to let us know that if we needed it slightly longer just to call them (we didn't, as the party was winding down by that point). The order process was easy, all I had to do was call them up, see what they had to offer and then Shreya sent a confirmation email. Very easy! Price was very reasonable.
