Stopped by here on a Saturday and they were supposed to be open 10am-4pm. It was around 1:30pm and…read moreno one was there. There was no sign on the door explaining the closure. It was ironic because we had just come from another flooring company who was also closed when they were supposed to be open, but they at least had a note on the door saying they were closed until Monday due to an unforeseen roofing issue (and we did see people on the roof). It's common courtesy to let your customers know why you're not open when you're supposed to be. Needless to say, they will not be getting our business because it would be hard to trust that kind of company. We did call before going to any other locations that day.

I am a very indecisive person, and Ray was always patient and professional while I wavered back and forth trying to make up my mind. And he is never pushy. He seems to genuinely want you to be happy, no matter how small your tile needs are, and isn't just about making a high-dollar sale. I will definitely return when I start my next remodel. They mostly deal with contractors and large companies but they also sell to the everyday consumer. If you want a high quality product that will get the job done, then look no further. The filters we have purchased are hospital quality air filters and last about 6 months each. Always call ahead to make sure they have the filters you need since as I mentioned they can occasionally run out depending on the demand for that product. Also there is usually a minimum you have to purchase but that works out great for us because we can go a year before having to drive down to College Park from Kissimmee. Last but certainly not least, their employees are super friendly and are there to help!

After months of follow up on our part and tons of excuses on her part if she responded at all, we gave her a final chance, get us a quote or we are walking. We thought we could not get what we wanted anywhere else. We finally got a text message quote that was twice the price we expected since we also had the access to the manufacture's website and pricing. A competitor who had to do a special order and ship it from out of state, got us what we wanted, did so at almost half TFC price. Look elsewhere and get better service. I am so disappointed with The Flooring Center.

However, since the installation, we've had to get our system reviewed twice, each time costing us $150. Reading other reviews, I have to agree that Liam basically disappeared once the installation was completed. Kevoy has been our tech both times, trying to resolve issues with the app and our lights not working properly. Today, Kevoy advised us that the service fee was $170 plus any repairs. Additionally, we found out that Liam is no longer in Florida and the company has been dissolved. Kevoy is now just a sub-contractor. This is what we get for trying to go with a lower-cost company instead of the one our neighbors used. Lesson learned!
