I have the impression that new-comers would be made to feel welcome here. The swim meet was festive and fun; not overly competitive, which, from my perspective, is best for little children. I have…read moreolder boys 7 & 8, they have had lessons at our local YMCA over the years but with no real success. The first 3 days of our 10 day lessons my sons made such great improvements. I'm only rating the experience with lessons. Since I'm not a member and didn't use the facility personally I don't think it would be fair to judge them on anything else. The instructors were young but patient. They made my kids comfortable and were encouraging. My kids had such great confidence which they never had before. They staff were friendly and everyone seemed professional for a very young staff. The facility was appreared clean. I wish I found them sooner.

Due to prior commitments and living 45 minutes away, I texted, I could arrive at 3 and maybe a few minutes prior but unable on 2:30. Driving to the lesson, I received a text stating "his boss saw on the system I had a lesson booked with you but he asked me for help with a class at 3:30 because I'm the only one who will be at the courts today". During the lesson, the instructor said many inappropriate things which made my son feel very uncomfortable. He left the lesson very upset and had to pull over on the side of the road to calm himself down. He is a very honest. humble, honest, Christian kid. I am trained to recognize child abuse and pedophiles. If you are concerned about your child's safety, I would not send your child there. I brought this to the attention of the owner and she defended the instructor and his behavior.

I have had several meals (lunch & dinner) and recently hosted one special event at the Club...the food was delicious and service by the staff was and has been excellent. In particular Alicia, the F & B manager Ben Rodriguez and the GM Sam Niland were attentive and proactive in helping me arrange an execute a wonderful special surprise birthday event at the Club. Finally, I played golf for the first time at the Club and the Pro's (Jim Gillies and Al) were super helpful and staff Juliana, as well as, Ryan Anderson the Assistant Pro was outstanding and he took me out for 9 holes to show me the course and it is a beautiful, well maintained, top level, challenging, superb course with majestic trees and plantings and be careful...very fast greens !
