I downloaded the Love's reward app right at the pump before fill up. Easy to get registered and add the app to my collection. Only complaints were that there was all kinds of food, travel supplies, and store trinkets but not a Twinkie in sight. That and only one cashier are the only complaints I've got. Old guy tells younger guy. He said "OK". I go back to the machine and wait for them to come and fix it. They never took one step away from behind the register and I was the ONLY customer in the store. I fixed the machine, the container holding the mix was put in incorrectly. I go to the register to pay and explained that I went ahead and fixed the machine & neither of them would even look up at me. Go outside to leave and my car battery was dead. Again, I was still the only customer. I go back in and ask if either could help me. I had jumper cables. Old guy said: "No. I'm not using my battery to do it." Younger guy said: "Don't you see I'm working? No." I went back outside and thankfully a customer pulled up. I asked him for help and he immediately said, "of course." While my car was being jumped, the two employees came outside, stood by the front door... Started talking and laughing it up as they smoked. The gentleman helping me asked if I had asked them for help and I explained what had happened. He suggested I take pics and I did. He told them directly, by the front door, that he will be taking his business elseware and they just laughed at him. Disgusting employees? Yes! However; even worse, human beings. However, this review is to bring light to the enormous holds they put on cards used at the pump. Almost all gas stations do this but the standard charge is supposed to be $75 for passenger vehicles and Visa/MC are supposed to only allow up to a max of $175 for this. I had a reserve hold (assumption) put on my card for almost $250! for filling up my car's gas tank. the charge is listed 2 minutes before the final real charge. Pilot has gotten in trouble for this before and so much so a class action lawsuit was filed; looks like they are still at it. If this was somehow flagged as such on the transaction i wouldn't have such a problem with it as I keep my balance clean and have plenty of available credit. However, the CC company can't distinguish this transaction from the actual one so there is the concern until it flushes out that this could be a fraudulent transaction.

Soap and paper towels were all stocked and everything. 2) Gas prices were under three bucks, which is always a win these days. 3) There's a Hardy's attached in case you're in need of a bite to eat, but there's also several other fast food options close by. 4) Entry and exit was easy, even with a little bit of construction going on, on the other side of the street. Overall, easy stop.
