We were playing the last round in a 4-day Labor Day Weekend tournament set up by a group of guys that love to travel and play different courses. I am absolutely taken with the pro that worked that morning. She was so fun, and so understanding when we expressed our dismay at the restaurant being closed. It was closed all day. No chance for a sandwich or a snack after or during the round. This is why Magellan gets only 4 stars from me. Surely setting up a sandwich and drink station could have been possible. . .

Each hole has trees on each side so lots of hazards to deal with. WhatI like is they got a couple of marshals who drive around to make sure play is not stacking up which is nice your not always waiting to play. You must wear a collared shirt that's a rule they will not overlook. If not the clubhouse has plenty for you to buy. I should no my first time playing here I had to buy a shirt cost me another 75 bucks. So just saying wear a collared shirt. Plus this course you have to stay on the golf cart paths or you'll be asked to leave. Of course you can't forget about hole 19. That's we're all the beers and food is at. If your looking for a great golf course give this course a try it's very unforgiving if you can't keep your ball in the fairways. They also give golf lesson with a pga pro if you need help with your swing.
