Pub W February 11, 2026…read more 5 stars Pub W has been a longtime favorite of ours, and this visit lived up to everything we've come to expect. We always enjoy the Liquid Marijuana -- it's a fantastic drink and one of our go-to favorites here. Consistently well made and always enjoyable. Lexi was our server, and it was her first night. She did an excellent job -- friendly, attentive, and handled everything smoothly. Food was excellent across the board. The Chicken Bruschetta was flavorful and well-prepared, paired nicely with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and sweet potato fries. The chicken tenders with squash puppies and fries were also a hit. Great food, great drinks, and great service. Pub W continues to be a reliable and enjoyable spot, and we'll absolutely be back. The ambiance is high end pub meets Ireland. I've always loved their green flare.

The employees were so nice - from being greeted to being taken care of by our server, everyone was very welcoming and had great attitudes. The style of this restaurant has a bit of a sports bar vibe, but the layout also provides a good family atmosphere so taking your kids for brunch doesn't feel weird or out of place despite the sports bar vibe. I ordered the chicken and Brie sandwich - our server said they were taking it off the menu, and I'll be sad to see it go because it was delicious. The chicken, Brie, and pears really pair together so nicely. I've never had a sandwich like this. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and he said it was also really good. My daughter had the kids chicken tenders and she cleaned her plate, so I think that's a good sign. We also enjoyed the ooey gooey chocolate cake (I think that's what our server called it lol) it's a flourless chocolate cake and it was DELICIOUS. I'm not gluten free or necessarily choose desserts that are flourless, but I have tried a few in my day and they always taste like they're lacking something - but this cake completely changed my mind on that stance. It was so rich, so soft. It was more of a brownie texture - but I highly recommend trying it, it was really, really tasty.

And dark - but that's how pubs are in America, dark, dim, gloomy. The furniture is comfy, which is a nice change from those awful narrow back breaking chairs that seem to be trending. I loved the teal velvet chairs we sat in. The menu is limited - hot dogs and fries - but they are delicious. The bread is a toasted potato bread bun, that is well toasted and yummy. The hot dog is large and the toppings generous. I got the Uptown, which has sauerkraut and German mustard on it and garnished with bacon bits. It was so large I kind of wanted a fork and knife to eat it. The mustard was delicious, the kraut mild and supportive. It was also so large I could not finish it. But it was delicious. The fries came out so hot and fresh, well seasoned and crispy. I don't usually like crinkle cut fries, but these - these rank right up there with Steak and Shake's thin and cripsy shoestring fries that I adore. My companion had the House Dog: a giant hot dog wrapped in bacon, on a different style of bun than the potato bun I had, and topped with grilled onions and peppers, mustard, pickles, and house sauce, which they said had a bit of bite to it and recommended I not get the house sauce. It, too, was garnished with bacon bits. There are several other dogs I'd like to try, the coney and the philly steak, so I expect we'll be returning. The lovely barista was also the wait staff, and she was delightful. Prompt, helpful, and very kind. We felt comfortable there even though neither of us drank anything alcoholic. There are lots of pubs and bars that make you feel weird for not ordering something alcoholic, but I want a place to visit for the food and the chance to visit with friends without the pressure of boozing it up. Mucker's may be that place - charming, well-appointed, friendly, and great hot dogs.

Several dogs on the menu caught my attention so that means I'll have to come back. Service was great and I liked the ambiance inside. All in all, this place did not disappoint.
