It's now the next day and no refund has been issued. I called again and they asked me to call back tomorrow. I told them no, I needed my refund. I was put on hold for 9 min. I hung up and I've called back 3 times and they are avoiding my call. Now I have to dispute the charge and have a new card issued bc these people are dirty. I should have never given them my card number before receiving services- my mistake. I ended up going with Modern Lock and he was very Reasonable, fast and charged me after the job was done. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!! And will now cost me time and 2 weeks without my card.

Great American Storm Shelters

I'll start off by saying that Mike has been wonderful and a real pleasure to work with. I've been…read morebothering this man for a few weeks now and he is quick to respond via e-mail, text message or phone. He's very knowledgeable and will really educate you on the benefits of a storm shelter. I started off by reaching out to 5 different companies and for some reason after interacting with them, I felt most comfortable forward with Mike's Great American Storm Shelter company. I know they have a few locations, I believe in GA (I live in Suwanee, GA), TX & AL, but man, they are quick and easy to do business with. I'm sure Mike could tell by my tone that the thought of Tornados really stress me out and although, installation was not available until the following week, he pushed me to the front of the line and scheduled for installation the very next day. Installation: Took about an hour. It was installed in my two car garage along the wall. He used his bob cat to place it exactly where I wanted it. After it was installed, he went over all of the features and asked if there was anything else I needed. Storm Shelter - 3 x 5 model with the bullet proof glass. It'll hold my family of four and my four dogs (it'll be a bit snug, but, hey we'll be safe).The door is easy to close and lock. I made both of my kids (9 and 5 years old) try it and they quickly got the gist of it. I feel that it's well built and will last a very long time. Final words: I am very happy about this purchase. It gives me the piece of mind that I very much needed and feel 100% safe in my household. Mike is the man to go to!! He's great and I cannot thank him enough for his service.
