They do most of their business online so they are very quick with response time. I was given a great cash price and was able to take delivery within 3 hours of calling. The papers were ready as soon as I arrived. I noticed quite a pulling toward the right during my test drive the day prior. I mentioned it to Stewart and he told me his mechanic was out sick but when I came to get my plates about 10 days later he would have it corrected. I Bought a truck from Galleria Motors, drove it down the road and the check engine light came on. Took it to a Dodge dealership, they ran diagnostics on it and told me that the turbo was blown and it would cost $6,893.99 to repair it. They ran the history of the malfunction indicator and told me that the first time the check engine light come on for the turbo issue was 29 miles before I purchased the truck, which means they knew about the issue before selling me the truck, didn't fix it, cleared the code so the light wasn't on while I was signing papers, and sold me the faulty truck. I had the Dodge dealership print all of this off and send it to the owner of galleria motors assuming he would take responsibility since he knew they were selling me a faulty vehicle. He refused to pay it and said, "it's a used vehicle it comes with issues." Attached are the documents from both dealerships. The odometer statement from Galleria motors is the actual mileage on the truck when I bought it. I just want to warn people. I went in to purchase a vehicle. Before purchase, I took it to a mechanic near by to get it checked, it was a lemon. In my opinion a high end car dealership should have a little bit more integrity than to try and pass off lemons. Apparently they had it for 5 months they put it into inventory and the father of the owner would drive it. There is no excuse that can be given for them not to know. Run Away, and don't look back. These guys get a minus -10. I contacted (Edmond) to ensure that the 2007 Ford Econoline Cargo Van was ready for pick up. Emond said everything on the vehicle is okay, and it's ready to be picked up. I purchased two plane tickets to make a trip to Houston, Texas, with an extra driver. The first thing I noticed was the rust that was missing in the pictures. None of the photographs had rust because they took those pictures at a distance. Camera Tricks, I call it. They opened the back door, and the handicap ramp nearly fell on his head. It took four men almost an hour to put the ramp back inside the vehicle with a woodblock, a crowbar, and a jack. It was ridiculousness. I videotaped the madness. They asked me If my family knew how to fix it. They asked me how much it would cost to repair the handicap ramp. He turned to me and said, "I HAVE NO WORD" They then told me that it worked the Thursday prior. I informed them that I couldn't purchase a broken vehicle. They tried to offer me money to take it to have it fixed. Finally, once they got the rap back in the van, they said to me, "It's fixed now." He then pretended that it was my fault for not buying the vehicle. Crazy! The Owner Ben said he would refund some of my money for the trip there; What a liar. Not a cent. The cost to travel there were almost a thousand dollars. TO MAKE MATTERS WORST, THEY DELAYED IN GETTING THE FULL SIXTEEN THOUSAND BACK. Do not purchase from Galleria Motors, I purchased a 2012 Infiniti QX56 for $25,796 financed thru my Credit Union, vehicle drove good and everything seemed ok so I purchase the vehicle on 12/10/2018 and on 12/11/2018 in the morning when I went to take my daughter to school it made a loud squeeling noise in the engine bay, So I called Galleria Motors and explained the issuen to Shital Pital (sales rep) and I was told to bring the vehicle in so they can perform a diagnostic on the vehicle, they explained to me that nothing was wrong because no check engine light was on, So the next day I took the vehicle to the infiniti dealership and was told that it had timing chain issues and fuel pressure sensor issue, once I got home the truck wouldn't start, Ive had the vehicle for 3 months now parked and inoperable. Very happy & highly recommend. They picked me up from the airport and took me back. They were not able to provide financing because the car was over 15 years old, but they let me know that up front. A word to the wise. Do a thorough inspection. These are used cars sold as is by law. They were very accommodating. I asked to see it on the rack first before the engine got hot. I have been in contact with Galleria motors for a while trying to find the perfect right hand jeep. I finally found the jeep of my dreams and i worked with a female sales lady to work out the details.I sent over approx. 15 pictured of my trade in and we discussed my trade in value and the price of the Jeep etc. She then sent me over the buyers receipt since i was going through a different fiance company and not them. I took the receipt to my bank and we were all good to go.I even payed a down deposit to hold the jeep so they wouldn't sell it. I had a day off while i was waiting to get my final approval, so my wife and i made a 2 hour drive to their dealership to test drive the jeep. Once i got there they told me they would NOT take my car in for a trade in.. They said because of the hard times of the corona virus it would take them to long to sell my car and they just wanted to sell the jeep and take no trade in. We had a BUYER RECEIPT on everything we already agreed on mutually and they didn't care at all. They treated my wife and I badly and were extremely unprofessional. I called the next day to talk to the manager and the same sales lady answered and she said the manger was in the office and was to busy to speak to me... it has been three days and i still haven't heard anything. I recently bought a vehicle from them that I found thru Car Fax. Stewart was my salesman (Nice guy), The problem I had was, after purchasing the vehicle i drove it home once i got on the freeway and reached 65 mph the vehicle began shaking BAD, so bad my hub cap fell off! It was late in the evening so the next morning i brought it to a mechanic shop just to find out that both lower and upper ball joints and right side tire rod are bad (cost $950), I called Stewart and he relayed the message to Steve. Steve called me back just to tell me "SORRY YOU BOUGHT IT AS IS". Then he goes on to say he will sale me the parts at his cost... LMAO his cost was $75 more than i got them for. i then asked him as a responsible business if he payed for the parts i would pay for installation. He then Laughs and says he is not paying for nothing. He then tells me he had sold it to me for $2000 off the original cost. That was a lie, The original cost was $12950.00 I paid $13000 cash out the door. Steve could have giving some sympathy to my issues but he cared less. ALL BUYERS BEWARE. Don't buy a used car from these people unless you have some basic knowledge about cars and you don't mind spending a few hundred bucks fixing something that these people could of taken care of before listing it for public sale. Reason why I say this is because these salesman know how to lied just to get you to purchase the car. Regardless I was going to make a purchase due to the low mileage and looked every elsewhere was too overpriced for a particular car. Let just say the Traction light was on when I took it for test drive. They lied about how the tires was over inflated causing speed sensor to not read correctly. Took to my local dealership service dept. and was told that one of the wheel bearing and wheel speed sensor failed. Spent $275.00 for the repairs. One more thing, be prepared to filled up gas on your purchase. These cheap salesman did not mention about full tank when taking delivery, especially on cash deals. read more
