After my surgery I had to see him for a check up, he knew nothing of my surgery and asked what did the surgeon do? I saw him every month as my health began to decline more and more. I begged him for help as I lost my voice, he gave me none. I had to take it in my hands and go back to the surgeon where he found my vocal chord was nicked. I began speech therapy for 3 months. I was wasting away to nothing. I was exhausted and sleeping and extremely weak for months. He never once examined me in the 5 months I was his patient, Every month I got the same thing...You look beautiful, you had a hard surgery, next month we will talk about chemo. I changed to Dr, Wash when I was no longer able to function and my parents too over all of my care. After finding I was barely alive with no red blood cells and severely anemic, I received blood transfusions right away for a month. 3 days a week.. I was then diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic lung to colon cancer.. I had surgery to remove a part of the damaged colon and other growths,, Followed by intense chemotherapy for a year. My prognosis was zero life expectancy. I fought and fought and I am now in remission.. Had I waited any longer to change Dr's I would have died under Rauths care. If you want to live or have a loved one PLEASE I beg of you do not go to this man... He was obsessed with my looks and all he did was stare at me telling me how beautiful I was.. Again in 5 months he never touched me, no weight , no blood work and didn;t listen when I said I was so sick I couldn;t hold food down. I finally got my records from him, and as I already knew he barely had anything..What he did have were notes from only 2 visits stating I refused chemo and he did a PET scan after surgery and it was clear.,, All lies.... This man has a terrible reputation and did lose his lic. for 2 years here... I intend to take him to the medical board and he will lose it again.. Neither did the therapist correctly address, on the contrary…read more Fortunately because I've had PT for other injuries in my life and also worked in healthcare (board certified) I immediately recognized what a boon-doggle this facility is and terminated all therapy with them. In addition I don't think their billing process is what you want either. With my previous PT I had no copay and never got a bill; everything covered. These people charge you a copay which is NOT a Medicare practice. Looks like they're just overcharging you and the end-user doesn't know better. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. For many their PT may affect their quality of life critically. The patient needs to see the best PT.

They both focus on my strengths and weaknesses throughout my progress. They both pay attention to me and make sure I never struggle with any exersise. I've been to many physical therapy places around town , but this has been the best. The PTA Adrian is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the front desk or whomever makes the appointments to me are rude. They scheduled me twice without my knowledge until I received the texts. When I called on both occasions, the lady who answers the phone the first time told me she'd have to see if the PT wants to drop my case and I'd have to start over. The second time she asks, "are you still interested in PT", obviously I am but when they're making my appointments without my consent and I have to reschedule is frustrating. Then to throw that case dropping crap is annoying. How is it one's fault? I'm contemplating on looking for another PT around town.

On the 15th (three working days ahead of the appt. ) I was contacted to reschedule further out yet and they had the wrong diagnosis on their computer. I made an appt. with another facility and told Fysical to pound sand. I can't comment on quality of care since I couldn't get any care.

While they are well grounded in traditional physical therapy work, I appreciated their holistic and intuitive perspectives and, as a result, I feel that my issues were addressed in a more comprehensive manner than ever before. I also agree with another reviewer who felt that treatment was more focused and therapists were able to give you 100% of their attention so you learn how to do your exercises properly. All the individuals I came in contact with at Atrium were professional, friendly and helpful. It was an overall excellent experience. I feel that I've been given the best tools, at this time, to address my issues and move forward on my own.

I am elderly and being treated for hypertension and later Parkinson's Disease. It was later discovered that the medications for hypertension and Parkinson's Disease side effects were causing the frequent episodes of falling and instability when walking. The staff at Del Valle under Isaac were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and supportive in providing the therapy you needed. They are an exceptional health care team. I would highly recommend them to my friends and anybody who needs physical therapy. They are the best! Ron Childress
