He's a miracle within himself. And big bonus here - he tag-teamed with my Oncologist Surgeon, Dr. Walling and stepped right in after she performed the partial mastectomy to work his magic. Initial expectations were set somewhere between "functional" and "doesn't scare small children". Dr. Vial exceeded my expectations, even when they were set comically low. The reconstruction, reduction, and lift was a journey. A journey that involved discomfort, self-doubt, and the urge to question life decisions. Dr. Vial's calm demeanor and reassuring presence were surprisingly effective at keeping the inner monologue of panic at bay. He explained the options in detail, and somehow made it seem that a new, improved silhouette was possible. The results? My wardrobe is experiencing a renaissance. I can put on a shirt that previously I had struggled with, bra lines showing, boobs not at the right height, and would, most times, throw it in the "hell no" pile. Now? Now I put it on and think to myself, "Wow. That's what it should look like! Hell YES!" The symmetry is spot-on, the lift is a "lift", and the reduction? Gravity no longer holds quite the same dominion. To Dr. Vial, I would tip my hat to you, if I wore one, anyway. Thank you for proving that even after the storm, there's a surprising amount of beauty, confidence, and kick-assness, to be found in the aftermath.

I can wholeheartedly give Dr. Vial and his entire staff (a special shout-out to his PA, Anna too) provided me with exceptional care from beginning to end. I was listened to and never once was made to feel like a burden with my questions or concerns (Dr. Vial responded personally to a text the day after my procedure). He also was not pushy, which I really appreciated. He left the decisions and choices up to me while providing his medical opinion, but again, without any pushiness or saleslike tactics. Dr. Vial is so meticulous and a perfectionist, which in my opinion, is exactly what you want in a surgeon. I had researched my specific procedure for over 10 years before finally deciding to proceed. I had met with over a handful of surgeons, and Dr. Vial was the easy choice. I never once regretted it. Furthermore, my recovery was practically pain-free. Comparing my consultations with other surgeons, it was plain to see that Dr Vial really goes above and beyond to ensure a recovery that is as painless and comfortable as possible. I'm over the moon with my natural results. If I ever need further procedures, Dr. Vial will be the first and only one I call. Side note, he also helped my family through cancer reconstructive surgery and they also had nothing but phenomenal things to say as well. They also mentioned how easy recovery was from their rather invasive surgery, and we both feel that further proves Dr. Vial is an expert and meticulous at what he does. It definitely helped being able to meet him and others who would be involved with my procedure beforehand and to get a better idea of what would actually be going on. They were good at calling me before the appointment to remind make sure nothing else with my health has changed and then again to make sure I knew I needed to fast 8 hours beforehand. The day of was still terrifying but now that it's all done I can say I am happy with the work that Todd Schock did. Obviously won't need any more wisdom teeth removed, but I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for any major procedures and I recommend them!

Dr. Hinsley removed the parathyroid gland and my calcium is back to normal. Other than a sore throat from the breathing tube I had no other related pain or discomfort. Throughout the procedure process I was totally informed and I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Hinsley's professionalism and skill. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because when you call Central Oregon ENT it is rare you can ever talk to someone. You end up in an extensive phone tree which results in leaving a voicemail message which the robot says will be returned within 24 business hours. That rarely happens and you are lucky to ever get a call back. Thus, you end up calling again and going through the same routine.

I needed a refill for some ointment for my ear canal, they wouldn't refill it without an…read moreappointment, I went in just to get the refill but the doctor looked into my ear canal before she ordered the refill it took about two minutes and got a charge of about $300, my insurance paid for some but I feel the charge is outrageous. Plus the doctor ordered the wrong ointment which I had to pay for then had to pay again for the correct ointment. They care more about the money than care for the patients. I'll be finding another ENT in the future
