It does not matter how many times I call, I have not once received a return phone call since providing my payment. The phone mostly rings to no answer. The couple times I have reached someone I was told the manufacturer is having substantial delays and they cannot get any update from them - I received feedback from the manufacturer within 24 hours saying my experience with this dealer is not normal and I also cross checked with two competitors (oh how I wish I had done that back in November) and have gotten 2 week lead times quoted for the same stove from both of these other businesses. Upon learning this information I requested a refund but you can imagine how that is going. I even picketed the store front for an hour and forty five minutes today and still cannot get a return phone call or any movement on my refund - THEY JUST DO NOT CARE!!!

That still was not good for me, so I kept pressing everytime I spoke to him or saw him. I must admit, I thought it would take much longer than it did to be provided with a refund. I would suggest that others also reach out and file claims with the Attorney General's at https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/submit-a-complaint/ so that it can be on record and this place can maybe be monitored to make sure it performs within the guidelines of the law and other consumer protection benefits that we, the consumers, are entitled to.
