I watched his interaction with other dogs and the staff, as well as other play areas and the staff thoroughly cleaning floors/sections when dogs went outside for a time. My discussions with the owner to get a refund to be used to treat the puppy's condition have yielded nothing so far. Also our experience with their training program was a huge disappointment. My puppy is not motivated with treats which seemed to be the only way the trainers knew how to use. Our dog was returned to us with no successful training. I don't recommend this business or its training partners.
