This is the most adorable place to bring your dog! Prior to registering for day camp your dog is required to have an interview day in which they become familiar with your dog and request that the dog come to a play session as an assessment. There was also an offer for a discounted package for day camp newcomers when I registered. This was helpful because with my dog being new to day camp I was not sure if she would actually enjoy it. However, with the discounted package, I was able to allow her to get the feel for it w/o committing to full priced day camp. The staff seems very caring. Reserving is quick and "hassle-free". My favorite feature of this place is that there is a smartphone app so that owners can peek in on their dogs during their playtime. They also sale accessories such as clothing, leashes, toys, etc. The facility is very clean and modern, not like dropping your dog off to play in someone's garage or basement!

    Long hard day!

Long hard first day! Lots of playing with a lot of new friends. Got a well deserved time out to rest up for more play time. Mom is a little over protective because I had a bit of a rough start in life and these peeps took really good care of me all day! Only wish mom knew about the resting cabin so she could have brought my blanky. Can't wait to return... mom says it might be a sleep over!

Such great affection for their clients!

Not only was the practice itself incredibly clean and sanitized, but the STAFFFFF... oh my goodness. I have truly never met such a happy, thoughtful, and compassionate group of people in my life! First, let me just say this: if you are looking for a vet, stop right now and go see DR. KATIE BECKWORTH. I promise you, you will never regret it. I first found Dr. Beckworth years ago through another veterinary practice, and I have followed her everywhere since. She is officially stuck with all 4 of my little muskrats until she retires! You will not find another vet who cares more, listens better, understands more deeply, empathizes more genuinely, or puts herself in your shoes the way she does. I have always had -- and always will have -- so much respect, love, and admiration for Dr. Beckworth. I am beyond happy to see her at a practice that reflects the same kindness, compassion, and excellence she brings to every patient and pet parent. And the front desk Queens? ALL of them. Every single one. ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL. From the moment you walk in to the moment you're pulling out of the parking lot, they go above and beyond to make you feel safe, welcomed, and cared for. My girl is disabled, and when Denise noticed through the window, she literally ran out to the parking lot and saved the day. I am still speechless over the kindness she showed us. I left feeling so blessed and grateful to know there are still people in this world who are genuinely good souls and truly thankful to be doing work with animals. All of the techs and nurses were just as amazing and so friendly, pawsitive, and gentle. Even watching them interact with other pets, you could tell they handled every animal with such care and tenderness, like they were holding their own fur babies They were all so warm and welcoming with my girl, even though I'm sure they had a million other things going on; they still made the time, and that matters. Their smiles were contagious, and I truly believe all the animals benefit from that kind of loving energy and sparkling aura And wait... there's more! It was such a breath of fresh air to have the office manager, Melanie, come into the room while we were waiting to introduce herself. She was so humble and kind, I never would have guessed she was the manager. When I called to make the appointment, she even answered the phone herself! I absolutely love a manager who never asks their employees to do something they aren't willing to do themselves. YASSSS QUEEN, NOW THAT IS LEADERSHIPPPPP! I would recommend this location to my friends, my family, and even complete strangers. I promise you will not be disappointed. To the staff, if you happen to see this: thank you all so much for the love and kindness you showed me and my girl today. The world needs more of you all! You made my heart feel so comforted. Y'all are true angels, and we cannot wait for many more years with you all. Stay blessed

When I picked him up, he had bleeding on his feet. He has high anxiety and I assumed it was related to stress or coping in a group environment. Several months later, I brought him back briefly for two days, then did not return again until this week (about six months later). Unfortunately, on his first day back this week, my dog was attacked by another dog. During play the other dog jumped him from behind, grabbed him near the ears, and pulled on him while my dog was trying to run away. Staff did intervene and separated them. What was most upsetting was learning that: the other dog had multiple prior incidents, and my dog had previously had an altercation with that same dog ! and I was NEVER informed of that prior incident (under old manager) This information was never disclosed to me. In hindsight, this explains the unexplained bleeding I noticed during his stay last year -- it was likely not anxiety, but bullying by the same dog. I do want to acknowledge that there is a new manager, and she was professional, honest, and caring. She confirmed that the dog involved is no longer allowed in group play, which I appreciate. The staff also showed genuine care for my dog. Because I had contractors working in my home, I did bring him back the following day. During that visit, staff recognized that he was overwhelmed by other dogs being in his face and appropriately removed him from group play so he could decompress and spend time with staff instead. They were kind to him, attentive, and loving, and I'm grateful for that. Unfortunately my baby did developed a bad case of stress colitis and have not gone back. That said, I strongly believe that dogs with a known history of aggression or repeated incidents should never be placed back into group play. It puts other dogs at risk and creates trauma. I would also suggest this facility consider structured small-group or high-anxiety dog programs going forward. While the current staff clearly care, transparency and proactive safety protocols are critical in a daycare environment. I hope sharing this helps prevent similar situations for other dogs. I'm sure the new manager will make the necessary changes needed for babies left in their care.

You walk in and the lobby is huge, everything looks so clean and professional, no foul odors. But what really grabbed my attention was the staff. There is a LOT of them, not one or two teenagers looking after a bunch of dogs. Having never boarded there before, we were nervous, so we asked if we could see the back where they stayed - no problem! Without a moment's hesitation, they led us back. Again, I was impressed. No cages, smells and barking dogs but actual rooms, spacious rooms with doors. Cots in each room for the dogs to lay on. A nice lady stood there with us and explained everything. It is truly a "resort" for dogs. The last place we left them, we were not allowed to see the back. And when we picked them up, we had to ride back with the windows down, they stunk so much. We had to bathe them as soon as we got home. NOT HERE! Our dogs smelled as good when we picked them up as before we dropped them off. In addition, they upload videos on their Facebook page every day and you can see your dogs having the time of their lives, reducing OUR anxiety. The difference between Natural Breed Kennels Resort and the last place we boarded them is as different as night and day! But here's the kicker - pricing is about the same! Very reasonable for the extreme care they take of your fur babies. We have found a new boarder and we couldn't be more pleased. No worries at all about leaving your babies here!

Found out from others who took their dog there that they had the same experience, their dog getting sick or even worse.
