Went to Dr. Zedeker after seeing the great reviews here, as I recently moved to the area and needed a dentist. Upon arriving, it was clearly called out that the practice had changed hands as there's typically holdovers in terms of staff. Dental hygienist who did my cleaning was thorough and couldn't have been nicer. I asked her about an almost-cavity that my previous dentist had been monitoring, and she said it was still a non-issue. The dentist (Eastern European guy, not Zedeker) comes in and magically finds a cavity that she allegedly didn't see. Didn't offer much explanation other than it wasn't the same one I asked about. They insisted I come back to fill the cavity later and had me make an appointment which was weird as typically a dentist will just handle a cavity on the spot. A lot of this didn't sit right with me, so I went to another dentist to double check. Turns out there was no new cavity where they said, and even the old almost-cavity was so small that they would never recommend touching it unless it grew. Maybe they thought I would just allow them to make more money off of me, and do unnecessary (potentially harmful) work in the process. I canceled my appointment and will never return. Maybe this practice was once good and honest, but that clearly isn't the case anymore. Plenty of dentists around who don't pull crap like this. No wonder they needed to buy an existing practice. read more

Mistreated Customer This is the second time I have had issues with Dr. Zedeker's front desk. They preferred to call back and confront the patient with "quality assurance" issues to benefit their staff instead of calling to inform of appointment changes or cancellations. In reality, they are working with an automated system and blaming it for all appointment mix-ups. The team is unreliable, lacks empathy and is biased. read more

Jennifer the receptionist is very helpful and sends all the necessary paperwork to you ahead of time so these is no senseless waiting around prior to your appointment. Danielle, the hygenist, is very friendly, gentle and thorough, explaining everything throughout cleaning. Dr. Zedeker has a great bedside manner, is very friendly and knowledgeable, addressing each and every question with genuine concern. He also helps explain each piece of the exam/visit so you know exactly what's going on. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and professional dentist read more

Dr. Zedeker's office is 5 stars all the way! I'm finishing my Invisalign treatment and am amazed at the improvement my smile is showing. I really wasn't sure if my teeth were too crooked for Invisalign to even work for me, but the results are amazing! Dr. Zedeker and everyone in his office makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door and at every visit to follow. These guys are a great group and I recommend them enough! read more

Can't say enough good things about this office and Dr. Zedeker. Making an appointment is easy, the hygienists are kind and treat each patient with care and compassion. Dr. Zedeker is thorough and explains everything clearly. Everyone was considerate of my irrational dentist anxiety and remembered each time what helped me relax. The office is clean and quiet. Parking in the lot can be a bit tricky sometimes but there is street parking around the building. Would definitely recommend this office! read more

Horrible. I had a crown done by this doctor. Now, three years later, it needs to be replaced. Turns out it is too big and it causes my gums to be inflamed. I had three other dentists look at it and it was their consensus. I am suffering daily because of it. My husband had two crowns done by this dentist around the same time and they also need to be replaced for the same reason. We are taking a great financial hit due to this guy's poor work. read more

I was a new patient coming in for an overdue cleaning. My previous dentist had recommended replacing some 15+-year-old cavities and I couldn't bring myself to go through it at that other mediocre office so I stopped going to the dentist altogether. I decided to get back on the house recently. I looked for a local dentist with positive reviews on Yelp because I've experienced some nightmares after believing glowing reviews on a doctor-focused referral website (with too many fake reviews). With my first visit, the staff was very polite and I was in the chair quickly after finishing my new patient paperwork. From my cleaning, x-ray, and exam, Dr. Zedeker saw the degrading fillings and recommended replacing, as well. I came back for a separate appointment and had the fillings replaced in one sitting, with the staff taking gentle care to keep me calm and comfortable. Dr. Zedeker checked in often as he progressed, letting me know next steps so I wouldn't be nervous or startled. Honestly, this practice has been great to deal with. They participate in my insurance without any hassle and had late afternoon appointments available a few weeks out. I definitely recommend them for an easy and pleasant dental experience! read more

I just started going to Dr. Zedeker as a new patient in the area. His initial assessment was thorough and detected some significant problems. I returned to have the corrective work done and was very pleased with my care. The office is clean and run very professionally. Everyone from the office staff to the dental assistant and hygienists performed their work competently. Dr. Zedeker is very gentle and keeps you informed about the progress of your procedure and what he is doing. His assistant Adria is very kind and helpful. One of our luckiest finds ever. Eight years ago and new to the area I needed to locate a dentist to care for a broken tooth. I took a stab in the dark by pulling a name from the yellow pages (remember them?). I had only moderate expectations back then but was so grateful to find myself in the hands of a fantastic dentist, who I have come to rely on year after year to help with fillings, crowns and an implant. When I chipped my front tooth (which was a crown done by a previous dentist) two weeks before my wedding Dr. Zedeker was to the rescue with an excellent match. I feel I can relax and know I am receiving quality dental care. Dr. Zedeker and his top-rate staff have seen our family through the good times and bad and we are so fortunate to have this resource. I don't think anyone particularly likes going to the dentist but he helps to ease any anxiety by checking in frequently to make sure all is ok and to keep me informed of each step of the process.
