My medication disappeared off of my prescription list back in April. It is now June 30…read more I sent a secure message to my doctor, asking him why it came off of there and that I needed it refilled. My doctor never got back to me. I called on Kaiser Appointments and they sent him at least a couple messages secure messages, straight to his office. Nothing. I made a formal grievance at Kaiser their supervising physician ruled in my favor at least two weeks ago. Nothing happened no medication two months later nothing I called and got two supervisor and a member services today and two CSR's and member services today and my doctors assistant. Do you think I got my medication prescribed properly or refilled the way it's supposed to be? No. My doctor is taken several periods of time off and although they say they have a covering physician it has been since April. Do you know what member services told me today? The two supervisors? The two CSR's? And the doctors assistant? They all told me that they wanted to send them another message about this. Let me let you all know that I have had to file grievances just to get things done that should already be done. I have now had three doctors where you can send them a secure message and they either never get back to you or they take several days and then up to two weeks at times, but my case I haven't gotten a message back about this at all for months. Doesn't it look like Kaiser doesn't even monitor this? Doesn't it look like everything is falling apart and nothing is getting done? Even though they keep charging thousands of dollars for this medical care, I can't get a simple non-narcotic cheap medication that was erroneously taken off of my prescription list two months ago prescribed or refilled. Even after spending 52 minutes on the phone and multiple times where they put me on hold most likely to try to calm me down still nothing. I sit here on my driveway, writing this puzzled, confused, angry, and seriously trying to understand why legal action is not taking against an institution that is able to let stuff slide like this. Why is it? This is not criminal? I just don't understand.

The Pharmacy is a much better waiting and service experience then the Big Horn location. Staff has been very professional and the doctors and nurses are top tier. This location has medical offices for local appoints, lab, and other various Kaiser Permanente services. Defintely recommend!

This review is specifically to praise PA Christopher Tilton, RN Patrick, and Radiology Technician…read moreNathan. Adventist Health, these are the kinds of employees that you pray and hope you're lucky enough to obtain and retain. PA Chris was the perfect combination of personable, professional, and genuinely empathetic. I felt completely safe under his care as this gentleman just gives the energy that no matter what happens, I'm going to be OK and he is on it and he is going to make decisions that are thought out and in my best interest. He absolutely goes above and beyond and this hospital is very lucky to have him as such an asset. What a kind soul this man is. RN Patrick makes you wonder if he's even real because it's so rare nowadays to come across medical staff who genuinely care about making sure that you feel OK and that you're doing alright. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and a sense of humor that is a breath of fresh air. I do wish that I wasn't so miserable and feeling at my lowest when interacting with him because I think I could definitely banter and joke back-and-forth with that gentleman for days. Radiology Technician Nathan again, one of those rare gems. Someone who just takes that one extra step to show patients that he cares about how they're feeling. He had such a warmness about him. I'm so glad that I got to interact with these amazing staff because when I was in the waiting room waiting to see if the triage nurse, I was hunched over in a wheelchair, groaning and crying and shaking and pain as the triage nurse sat at her desk just having a long unprofessional conversation with a coworker who was on his break while I in the waiting room waiting for her to even address me. That was one of the worst feelings. I'm just sitting there suffering and seeing that it didn't matter at all to the person that you were relying on most in that moment to help you.

DO NOT COME HERE! I…read morevisited the Adventist Health Lodi Memorial in Lodi, CA [975 S Fairmont Ave] on Sunday, 08/09/26. I came here because my loved one was feeling beyond ill and needed medical attention. Let's just say that a lot of things were spiraling out of control that made the visit extremely unpleasant. There were a lot of negatives. CONS: - Asked the triage nurse Mackenzie for a blanket for my loved one due to feeling cold, and didn't assist with providing one. - Because a blanket was not offered initially, I had to take my loved one outside in the heat in the interim. - After I stepped back inside, I saw another patient getting a blanket from the front desk associate. Very frustrating because my loved one was not provided one when requested. - Took nearly 3 hours to be seen by an MD. The emergency doctor was by the name of Dr. Tayler Strange. She mentioned that she was the only ER doctor working and everyone was working as fast as they could. - Dr. Strange didn't fully list out all of the medical concerns and chief complaints for my loved one on the medical chart, which caused a discrepancy with the medical staff/nurses. - Dr. Strange also promised to issue certain medication to my loved one and it never happened. My loved one was experiencing excruciating pain and a lot of distress. We requested an urgent message to be sent to Dr. Strange to rectify this situation. It took such a long time to get the medication. Then, the visit got much worse. Dr. Strange falsely accused me of recording her when explaining all of the health concerns verbally about my loved one. I was ONLY simply taking and typing NOTES on my phone. Why was there a reason to record? It was reported to security and the charge nurse, and they both asked me to show my phone. After this incident of being falsely accused, there was no sort of sympathy or apology. Just extremely rude about how they went about the situation. Then, the charge nurse almost threatened me to go back to the lobby area because of how I was feeling about the entire situation. Emphasis on "strange" as a whole. This hospital got us messed up times 10 exponentially. If this is the way they operate in treating individuals, especially with medical care neglect, refusal of blankets, and false accusations without any apology for their wrongdoing, then we refuse to come back to this entity. Adventist Health Lodi Memorial is a practice that is the epitome of unethical, immoral standards. If I could on Yelp, NO STARS! BEWARE!

Called again to get told another phone call will be coming that never happened. When I called to express my concern for medication they prescribed was making problems worse there was no sense of urgency to be had by anyone and then the receptionist just put me on hold while I was in mid conversation with her. Basically just hung up. The place needs to have the health department involved. Worst place ever. They will get one star due to the fact there are a few individuals who were very kind that work there. I feel sorry for anyone who has to endure the haphazard so called doctors office. Will be Searching elsewhere for care.

All confirmation text messages were received days prior but when they allegedly called to reschedule all of a sudden they had the wrong number. They do not run insurances prior to the appointment like most offices do and come to find out he ends up wasting his time and going to the appointment only to find out he won't be seen because he was assigned to a different CMC that he was not aware of. I don't know how this place is even still running.

The anesthesia doctors seemed great although from the moment I was put out I have no clue what went on. Evidently the surgeon and I had a conversation about what music to listen to during my surgery, he said we picked hip hop? Dont remember! My recovery has been swift. Only five days later and my wife and I went to breakfast. Im looking at only missing two weeks! Thanks to everyone who assisted in my surgery and recovery. I also want to mention. 1 STAR -- SOUTH KAISER PERMANENTE, THIS IS A JOKE…read more My appointment was at 10:50 AM. It is now 11:50 AM, and I still haven't seen a doctor. No update. No apology. No explanation. Just me sitting here while Kaiser pretends my time isn't worth anything. And let me make something VERY clear: I pay GOOD money for this care. I'm not a Medi‑Cal patient where the system drags its feet because they think it doesn't matter. I pay full premiums. I pay copays. I pay into this system every month. Medical care is NOT free for me, so why is Kaiser acting like I'm here for charity? If you're going to run an hour behind, at least communicate. Respect the people who keep your lights on. Respect the patients who actually PAY for this service. Respect the fact that we have jobs, schedules, and lives outside this waiting room. This level of disregard is embarrassing for a healthcare provider. Do better.
