Great little salon! Friendly service and reasonable prices. One of the best pedicures I've ever had…read moretoo! I got a no chip a few weeks ago that started to chip off after less than a week. Stopped back in for a repair and the nail techs fixed my entire manicure free of charge! Many, many thanks to Nails & Spa!

I got a painful toe infection after coming here…read more I thought my toe was just a bit irritated from them filing/working around the nail. But it continues to be painful and still infected now (over a month since the original appt). My toe is swollen and has throbbing pain. I have gone to multiple doctors appointments and tried different antibiotics, hoping the next one will finally treat me. I don't know if it was dirty tools, or if they dug too deep into the skin around my big toe nail, but I have never had an issue with this before in my life (I have done my own nails and gone to other spas). I am glad other people had good experiences here, but I don't think I can do a pedicure again after the amount of pain my toe has caused me. I don't want to risk getting another infection. I really hope whoever is in charge can improve sanitary conditions and/or train new hires to be more careful to prevent deep infections like this. I hope my condition is an outlier and that most customers are not having such poor experiences. ‍ UPDATE (7/1/26): I ended up having to remove my whole toe nail. I had to drive over an hour to the only podiatrist available on a short notice because I could not take the pain any longer.

I stopped in for a pedicure while I was in town from Texas, and they took care of me immediately…read more This place was immaculate and was one of the very few nail salons that I have patronized that didn't smell like an acetone factory. Also, the massaging chairs here are better than most. Prices are on par with pretty much every other strip mall nail salon. While the polite lady did an OK job on my feet, it was just ... OK. Not bad, but not award-winning. The trimming of my nails was fine. Even the work on the cuticles. Though she used the cheese grater on my feet, as well as a sanding block, I felt like it was just enough, and nothing more. The scrubbing of my calves took her all of 15 seconds. And the color, which I get every summer, wasn't exactly the best paint job I've ever received. She took her time, but I just don't think she was very qualified. My experience could also be due to me going in at noon on a weekday. Still, I would return here.

I was recommended this place by a friend. I didn't have time to do nails before a family event and…read moreI was able to make an appointment on the same day even though I had accidentally booked the wrong location. (Thumbs up!) This location is in the Westlake Mall and it was massive. Perhaps the largest nail salon I have ever been to personally, (I am from California) I sat at a table down the middle near the back. There's a wall of polish, but you will never get near that wall. They will bring you menus with nail colors. I was given two to choose from and one of the two books happened to have a color I was trying to replicate which was perfect, but I think they must have more colors. They just didn't show me others. Definitely busy with lots of people doing Mani/Pedi. I'm not sure about the value. I think it was higher than what I expected to pay for a gel mani and my nails were kind of in a weak state so I felt like they could've prepped my nail bed better for strength before putting on the gel but otherwise, it was exactly what I needed. My thumb nail cracked down the edge into my nail bed a within the week :( Coming from California you always think everything is going to be cheaper outside of California and this perhaps because of the nice location is pricey, it was $43 for a gel Mani. You can decide if that is a value for the quality. They did not offer tea or water. I asked for water but they said, no. This must be the spot for locals as it was busy.
