I did a quick Google search and found that beauty brow had good ratings, so I decided to check it out for a last minute and eyebrow need. I'm glad I decided to try it as I had a wonderful experience. As soon as I walked through the door I was treated with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I was asked what service I was interested in and I said I was in desperate need of some eyebrow maintenance! The lady working was very kind and communicated that threading would be the best option. She talked me through the process, and although it stings a bit, the pain is short term and the results are amazing! My brows looked the best they had in years! The cost was $13, which I thought was very reasonable. I was even given a bit of eyebrow color to fill in and make my brows look more full for free. I will certainly be back for my eyebrow maintenance in the future. read more

Still angry every time I drive past this place. Conned me out of a package. Had an offer to get 5 eyebrow wax for one price. Paid while there and when I went back they told me they would have given me a card for services ( which they obviously didn't) and then didn't honor or track anything even with me showing credit card transaction! please do not ever go to this place to get your lashes done. this was my first time getting lashes and my experience was horrible. i originally just went to get my eyebrows done then last minute decided to get lashes as well. I mentioned that I had mascara on is there anything I can use to take it off. she then puts this solution on my lashes that made my eyes burn so bad. my eyes were beat red. whatever, we continue. she tells me that she still feels the mascara that next time I need to take it all off........ again, it was a last minute decision. continues to put the lashes on. after she was done they looked amazing! now fast forward 4 hours later. my eyes start itching, burning. I look in the mirror and the lashes were above my real lashes. clumps of glue, it was a disaster. I ended up putting a warm rag on my eyes with a bit of coconut oil and removed them. once I saw how bad they were I was in shock. I couldn't believe how bad my first experience of getting lashes was. I also got my eyebrows tinted. definitely left the tint on waaaay to long. my eyebrows looked like someone put two stamps of eyebrows on my face. I'm just so disappointed. other than that, the lady is really sweet with a good personality. take the eyelashes off the menu. read more

Never go to this place. Scammed me out of money. They had me purchase 5 waxing in advance for a holiday deal and then didn't keep track of it. Said they would have given me a card which obviously the lady forgot because I never recieved anything. Even have transaction On my credit card bill but the lady rudely said oh well you could have come in since then. I agree with the other reviewer and I wish I had read it before I started going here. There are a few things I am disappointed about this place and about a particular staff working here: 1. The last time I came to this place, the woman who did my eyebrows made my eyebrows really thin. While I didn't tell her that I only wanted them cleaned and shaped, I've never experienced this before in an eyebrow threading place. Usually they would ask what I want with my eyebrows and would ask if I want them thinner before doing it. The first time I came in this salon, a new employee/trainer did my eyebrows and she did it right. The problem with this place is that it is a different person each time and it seems that there is no standard way of doing it. 2. The woman who did my eyebrow last was looking at the iPad as I click on how much tip I was giving her. 3. Not only my eyebrows are thin, they are not clean. There were still excess hair which I didn't notice until I was in broad daylight because the place was not well-lit. 4. Lastly, not that important but I just want to point out that you acquire points with each visit and you will get free service on the 11th time you come here. They have punch cards that they give and the woman who did my eyebrows last didn't even ask for it. Good thing, I remembered to give the card for her to punch. I had a wonderful experience initially and I was going to give a good review after the first experience but the succeeding visit just ruined it. read more

I had THE WORST eye brow threading & tinting experience ever here. I was left with awful, uneven brows. The woman who did them was extremely rude and the shop struck me as very unsanitary. I tried telling her what I didn't like about them and her response told me I was wrong & they looked good, and to trust her. While doing my eye brows she was distracted by another friend/customer in the store which I found to be unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone, nor will I be returning read more

I went to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time at Beauty Brows and it was fantastic! I found out about the business from a friend who said she heard good things about it. "Good things" was an understatement! Neveen was extremely kind and walked me through the process since I was new. In the past, I have had bad reactions to waxing, but threading hardly bothered my skin at all. The whole experience was half the price of what I was paying for my eyebrows to be waxed and with a much better result. I moved here from Michigan 4 years ago and have literally been driving back to Michigan to get my eyebrows done because I couldn't find a place that was able to do them to my liking. I no longer have to do that thanks to beauty brow! I also was an avid wax girl until they convinced me to try at least for my eyebrows the threading method. Love, love, love the results. So happy to have found this place. I also did not have to wait (walk-in) as they were just finishing up the person before me. Fair prices ($11 for eyebrow threading, $12 for eyebrow waxing). I also got my upper lip threaded but I think I might stick to wax for that next time as I have a mole under my nose and I had to touch up a few pieces that were missed. (I believe it was $8 for upper lip thread and $9 for wax). read more

This is the second time I've visited this location. While the woman is very nice and did a great job on the rest of my face, my eyebrows are TERRIBLE. I had nice, relatively thick eyebrows. I explained before we started I just wanted the "far away" hairs to be removed, not the whole thing. When I looked in the mirror after she was done, I wanted to DIE. They are SO EXTREMELY THIN. It will take months for them to grow back. I'm devastated. If you go here, be VERY VERY VERY specific and VERY careful. I know I will be regretting my visit there for a while. read more

The woman did a great job threading my eyebrows, but she botched my eyebrow tint to the point where I am too embarrassed to go out in public. I have blonde hair and asked for my eyebrows to be tinted light brown, comparable to my hair color. The woman put BLACK dye on my eyebrows and left it on for 7 MINUTES. When she wiped them off, my brows were completely black. Will never go back. read more

As far as technique, she did a great job but I would advise that you are specific about expectations when you go in. I asked to "clean up" my eyebrows and ended up with very thin eyebrows and have been trying to get them back to where I like them for a couple months now. read more
