This is extremely important for a landlord facing a hostile tenant in an eviction. After I had gotten it into my head I would go for the jury trial the tenant demanded rather than yield a penny in $$--rent or attorney fees--to the tenant, he helped me achieve that goal. It took 3 rounds of negotiation, but I would not yield to giving up any money the tenant had cost me (or was to cost me) and Marat secured the agreement.
