We always walk out with a stack even when we only go in for a couple specific cards. I don't typically feel comfortable in game shops (anxiety) and frequent all of the ones in the area but I really feel the most comfortable in Game Knights. Their new location on Veterans is pretty spacious and I played MTG Pre-Release last weekend there. It was a good time!

It's not like I can go into any department store and find the same wall art everywhere I go. I found a flower bunch that was $26 ALONE at Walmart... but at hobby lobby, I was able to create my own, and the flowers look almost exactly the same as the bunch I had seen earlier for only $1.50 a flower and $3.50 for the pot at hobby lobby, I spent $9.50 total per flower pot arrangement!!! I used to love coming to this Hobby Lobby location and decorating my home with items from here, but…read morerecently my experiences have been completely ruined by the attitude of some of the employees. Over the last 2 months, one Hispanic young employee with red hair has made every visit extremely unpleasant with rude behavior and a terrible attitude. Today, she was also constantly staring at us in a very judgmental way and making us feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were shopping. No customer should feel watched or judged just for being in the store. The older cashier with glasses at the register was also openly looking us up and down and came across as very judgmental and unwelcoming. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or judged while simply trying to shop. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service lately has been awful. I really wish management would hire kinder, more professional employees instead of people with constant attitudes toward customers.

A neat retro game shop!…read more I frequent tons of different retro game shops, so I naturally had to stop in to this location before making the drive back to my city after watching the 2024 eclipse. The store was packed full with used games, movies, and consoles, and a ton of merch and snacks as well. K-pop music and music from the Godzilla Minus One ost was playing overhead and gave the place a super fun and eclectic vibe. I think it would've been even more fun to peruse through on another day, but the two girls running the register were very loudly having a heated conversation and kind of brought the atmosphere down. Despite the impressive stock, the selection of games was decent at best. There was a good mix of games from the last 20 years, but not much from the PS1 era or earlier. There were some lucky finds, yes, but A LOT of the games didn't come with their original cases or were missing the case art. If you're a collector like I am, it really sucked to find games I've been looking for without said cases or art. Still, there was a lot to sift through and I did leave with a few purchases, and if the missing cases and art don't bother you I'm sure you'll leave with even more. The stickers they put on the games were also some of the worst stickers I've tried to remove as well. They put one smack dab on the back of a DS cartridge I purchased and it took a long time to remove the sticker with Goo-Gone because I didn't want to potentially damage the game. All in all, I wouldn't mind stopping back in next time I'm in the area to see everything they have in store. There was just so much to look through that I didn't get a chance to see. If you're looking for a game, stop by the Game Exchange to see if they have it!
