If she doesn't know what she's doing then she shouldn't do it. Not okay to keep popping balloons right in kids faces. Also don't forget that she took time to charge her cell phone. I will dispute the charge since you are not willing to work with me in any way. Your company did not fulfill what was stated in the contract.
