Before I…read moreentered I didn't expect it to be like GameStop but I didn't expect almost all of the shelves to be empty with only one employee helping a line full of people. I went in to find two games that were unpopular and one game that was semi- popular at the time. I was able to get a hold of the semi-popular game and I was surprised that they had it in stock, simply because the store had a limited number of available games. On top of the disappointment of not being able to find all of the games I came for, the service was terribly slow. There was one employee helping at least eight customers. I was at the front of the line and it took him about 20 minutes to get the game and "prepare" it for purchase. I feel like if you are going to shop at Game Headz you should call ahead, see if they have the game you want, and ask them to prepare it for you ahead of time. -TRQ

We stopped by Disc Replay to sell my son's Nintendo Switches after being referred there from…read moreanother store. The store felt friendly and welcoming, and the staff were patient while checking everything out. They explained that they don't refurbish items, only resell, so because one of the controllers had a sticky button and a worn joystick pad, they couldn't accept the consoles. It made sense, and they were clear about it. Even though we didn't end up selling, they were still helpful and took the time to guide us, which I appreciated. Overall, still a positive experience.
