What started as a simple exchange of soccer cleats. Turn into a stressful morning. Should have simply arrived and gotten help to return and place an order for a new size. Instead had me wait 20 min. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself. Just a lil more attention and effort would be nice! I'll be back for sure just some feed back to work off from. As I've been coming here for years definitely my favorite DICKS AROUND

My youngest loves the things she and we see whenever they visit.We have gotten her craft items to make, she has purchased little collecting boxes she likes with her own spending money. I have bought gifts for my adult children for their homes too.Things for their yards and decor items for their houses. Kites for every age and ability are still available. Its their signature collection and why the store came to be, so long ago. The staff is still wonderful and if you see it, buy it, because specific stock items change and may not be able to be restocked. I am not sure that I have ever walked out without finding something for someone on my list.

I needed new equipment since I'd had several surgeries on my foot and now my old boots didn't come…read moreclose to fitting. The boot fitter put me into a pair of K2 that were like putting my foot into gloves. Soft inside, yet firm enough that I knew they would be responsive. After I had custom foot beds put in - we realized that the new boots had a completely different bottom and therefore wouldn't clip into my Blizzard Black Pearls. I bought this year's model of Black Pearls with new bindings. My old skis (less than 3 years old) were then handed down to my adult daughter who had been using them since my surgeries. Now we're both happy. Highly recommend Christy Sports in Boulder.

When you make a purchase, you accrue points immediately (10% back unless it's a sale item), which is to say that if you buy a big thing first, the points you earn may cover the cost of the second thing you buy. No waiting until the end of the year, just immediate savings. It really inspires return business, which no doubt is the point. The store is not huge and therefore the selection could be greater for certain things (I'm looking at you, camp stoves), but what is available is well-curated. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful, parking is solid, and the area is serviced by the HOP bus, so it's easy to get to even if you aren't driving. You earn dollar points and they always remind you when buying something that you have some and ask if you want to use them. I have earned some buying items online occasionally and did not even know I had them until offered at the checkout here. The staff is very relaxed and extremely helpful and friendly. There is a fun atmosphere you can see right at the door with their sidewalk placard that often has jokes or trivia. This is a small place but tightly packed with stock.
