Would not recommend buying shoes here...as soon as you wear them outside of the store...you cannot return them....really? Do you really want your clients trying on shoes for 2-3 hours in the store? read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR CLUB REPAIRS OR IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR GOLF CLUB KNOWLEDGE. My entire life I have always built all my clubs myself. I recently moved and the workshop is out of commission so I took a wedge to get reshafted. First visit, they said it was done. Took it home, next day, first swing the epoxy cracked. I brought it back and said please redo this, I don't think you guys prepped the tip or put beads in. I waited a WEEK without a confirmation text or email it was completed. Called and they said it was ready for pickup. I went in and NO WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. Colin at the store promised me they would make it a top priority to be fixed and apologized. A few days later I go to get it again. Waited 72 hours before I hit it just to make sure the epoxy would cure. Go to range THE EPOXY CRACKED FIRST SWING. These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing they hire a bunch of kids who have no knowledge about the clubs they sell or the repair work they are doing. So so so frustrating because I love these stores. Greg and Colin please do better for your customers. read more

Took some wedges in to have the shafts swapped and they quoted 5-6 days. I called on day 7 and they said they would be done the next day. I called the next day and they said they were ready. Drove 30 mins to pick them up and when they gave them to me, they did nothing at all. Hadn't been touched. Terrible service. read more

Went in with the intent of purchasing a set of new wedges from PGA superstore a gift from my family. I walk in, just having played 18 holes, dressed in slacks , tucked in golf shirt with a 1/4 zip Callaway pullover on, not like it should matter what I wear into your establishment. I expect to be treated fairly and with respect even when I shop in my sweats and slippers. Being on the newer side of golfing been playing and using my dad's old clubs for about 4 years now, regripping them when they need it. I have my Pitching with marked with a P on my club, Gap wedge which simply has a G, a sand wedge marked with an S and a lob wedge with an L or 7 to drunk people. Well all of my buddies and stores refer to clubs by their degree of pitch from 46, 52, 56, and 60; degree. Yes I have looked up what my clubs equate too but it's still like comparing apples and oranges especially when I am more of a novice. So naturally I wanted to go into PGA superstore and speak with an employee, hell even better yet greater or asked if I wanted any help. I aimlessly walked around the wedges taking them off to get a feel. Still no help. So after finding an area I could safely swing a wedge I began to try some practice swings expecting someone to come ask if I needed help. NOPE. A few guys are looking at me funny and following me around. Got the attention of lost prevention before an employee. I waited for my buddy to pay for his things and check out as I will be taking my business anywhere else. What a terrible experience and truly a way to lose a customer for life. read more

DO NOT get fitted with Spencer. he will up charge the shit out of you, do nothing special and its just not worth it. I got fit for irons and waited two weeks, when I could have got those clubs of the shelf for way less money. they did not adjust the 1 blue dot up and sent me factory clubs. I was wasted 400-500$ getting "fit" from this hack. I'm totally disappointed and will never go to that store again. HE JUST WANTS TO UP CHARGE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE. read more

Needed a new driver and PGA Superstore was offering a free fitting if you spend more than a certain amount on clubs. Decided to give it a try and was very pleased. Specialist (Spencer) spent a full 75 minutes going through my swing and providing various options to test. Various head/shaft combinations based on my swing data. Purchased a driver with which I am very pleased and will likely return for an iron fitting in the future. read more

Worst golf store around. Sure do miss Golfsmith. Got 2 shafts retipped with different adapters and it looked like a 5 year old did the work, didn't align the shaft properly and glue everywhere. They said they would redo it but I would have to wait another week. Then I was told I could trade a club in on the 90 day playability guarantee, drove clear there and was told by the daytime "manager" that I couldn't! Complete waste of time every time I've been there. Never again. Go to Golf Galaxy from now on, way better read more

I have been disappointed on multiple occasions by their terrible customer service. It seems like depending on who you talk to, you will be told something completely different. And the staff honestly doesn't seem very knowledgeable at all. This store represents why people who are getting into golf are scared away from playing the beautiful sport. You would think that they would have some of the most knowledgeable people, but that is absolutely not true. Absolutely Do not get fitted here, they do a half assed job and you will end up needing new clubs once you get properly fitted. read more

Massive (think cavernous) warehouse of all things golf. It features all the new toys, practice bays for lessons and club fitting, walls of shoes, and an extensive area for apparel. The challenge here is finding help -- for a store this size, it could use more visible staff members. Also, ordering online is quite difficult -- would strongly recommend calling the store ahead of time before submitting an order as it might be routed to the other store like my wedge was. In addition, make sure the salesperson actually removes the ink-security tag off your shoes before leaving the store (found this out the hard way when I attempted to put on my new pair in the parking lot of my favorite course) -- don't you know I thoroughly enjoyed making a special trip back to Westminster just to get it taken off... read more

I went into PGA superstore today and met Dave. Dave is a wonderful salesman. He helped me find the perfect clubs and also helped find the root of my golf swing problems. He also gave me some great advice that has resonated with me. I can't wait to get out and use these new clubs. read more

I'm a brand new golfer, two weeks in, and despite the fact that 'I know I don't know anything.' and admit that freely, it still takes a bit of courage to take swings in a shop in front of others. I actually had a pretty negative experience re. just this thing in the PGA store in Greenwood Village with a pretty abrasive sales person. Anyway, my experience at this store was completely the opposite. Instructor/Sales Person Craig Vollmar made me feel comfortable, gave me some great tips, and showed me some irons that felt great in my hands. He even left me alone for a good while, to hit and hit, and that was super fun and confidence inspiring! It shows how a good, attentive sales person can earn your trust and business. I'll be back to this store for all my golfing needs. read more

This was the first time I walked into a golf shop and wasn't pushed towards a specific brand that the employees were promoting based on incentives (cough* GolfGalaxy*cough) Besides that it literally filled the old toys r us building. The PGA store is very focused on men only. I am an older women and I have had three bad experiences with them. I used to use Colorado ski and golf but since they are no longer in business, I resorted to the PGA store. This past week I was there standing in line for 15 minutes while a very inexperienced young sales clerk, was trying to handle problems with two customers ahead of me. He changed registers and started to take people standing in line over there and left three of us that were standing in line for 15 minutes because no other clerks were around. Actually hardly anybody in the store to help you in any department! I finally called him out on taking somebody ahead of us and that guy was pissed off, but said go ahead and help her and I said excuse me I've been standing in line for 15 minutes over there and he comes over here and forgets about all three of us. The guy was like that's not my problem! The clerk did not support us standing there, and actually was very rude to me when he checked me out. I sent the customer service department an email and of course never heard back from them. They don't care I don't know how they stay in business there's never anybody there! Tomorrow I'm making a return visit and returning everything that I bought which was almost $300 worth of items! read more

Came here to take a look at some irons and get them in hand before committing to a purchase. I ended up taking a fitting with Dave and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the irons I was in question about and gave extremely useful feedback about different things to consider while purchasing - he went above and beyond to ensure there wasn't any buyers remorse and that the irons perfectly matched my play style. 1st visit was on Monday 5/30...the salesman helping my husband with club fitting had him try a few different brands then made the comment that he would've had him try the Mizzunos however didn't think he could afford them!!!! WHO says that!!! 2nd visit was on Sunday 6/19...bought a 250.00 dollar putter and the guy checking us out acted very irritated when we asked for the tool to adjust the length I realize that help is short however each customer should be treated with the best customer service!! The new norm for customers is to wait and be patient as employment is needed everywhere...however customer service should be the upmost important factor in any retail business for repetitive business!!! We went to Golf Galaxy not far from this store and they had fewer employees working there however within the 1st 5 minutes had a gentleman ask if we needed anything and when checking out the gal went above and beyond for customer service!! read more

Finally we get an awesome golf shop on the north end of town! This place has it all and I've bought more than my fair share. But here's the best part, lessons. Craig Vollmar is the Head Teaching Pro and were using the Kvest. My first time ever using technology to correct my swing. What a difference! It gives immediate feedback and goals. Turns out I had a lot of flaws and the training mode helps corrects that. I can hardly wait until spring to kick the crap out of my partners. I brought my Ping G400 driver in to get re-shafted (PGMC PX HZRDUS BLK 6) last week (8/23/22). I picked it up on Thursday, 8/25/22. I played my first round with it on Monday, 8/29/22. On the 7th hole, my driver head fell off mid swing - I was not able to recover the head as it fell down a cliff playing at the Sanctuary in Sedalia, CO. I went into the store (#1219) to see if there was anything I could do - hoping at the least they would refund me for the $100 shaft. I was disappointed to find out there was nothing that could be done. The associate said I could swap out a like for like shaft if I wanted, however, that is of no use to me as I do not have a head to put on said shaft. Very disappointing that it was clearly installed improperly and the store made no effort to correct. I am now out a driver and a shaft. Their loyalty program is great, but buyer beware when having your club re-shafted at this store. read more

1 star since I could not give a negative score. I took my 25 yr old daughter into the store to purchase her first golf set w/bag. I told the store employee this is her first shot at golf after playing softball for many years. Spent 2 1/2 hours with store employee who recommended evaluating her swing to fit her with the right set of clubs. Store employee stated my daughter was just a beginner (Duh!!) and he could not sell us a set of golf clubs UNTIL SHE IMPROVED AT PLAYING GOLF! WTF!! My daughter left TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISCOURAGED from ever playing golf with her Dad. Is this the objective of this store? They only want experienced golfers?? Unless you have a rated handicap and play frequently DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN based on our experience. Golf Galaxy is WAY BETTER in their customer experience and service level. read more

Been in store probably 7 times in the past year 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Not 1 sales person would acknowledge me say hello or can I help you. And I was in there for 30 to 45 minutes looking at clubs. Had to go somewhere else to buy me and my son . A set of Mavericks for him and Titleist T300 for myself. read more

Finally time to upgrade my bag--new irons and driver. Steven in the fitting bay is a professional, you'll have confidence once you take your new clubs out. When I had a few issues with the irons a few weeks after purchase, the store replaced them no questions asked (thanks Joey). Won't be shopping anywhere else. read more

The store has a lot of merchandise but their service sucks. Even when at the store and I purchased clubs, the salesman disappeared at 5 pm sharp. Be prepared for customer service at its worst!! read more
