What a fun time!! I've always wanted to participate in a game show and this is as close as it gets. I brought 5 of my friends and we had a fun-filled hour long session of trivia, dance battles, impressions, and more! Props to Paolo for being such an excellent host and clearly explaining the game and each round. Definitely bring your A-game because it gets competitive!

    Having fun playing

Brought my 12-year old daughter here with her friends to celebrate her birthday. I was kind of nervous at first as I had never heard of this place before and just happened to stumble upon it on Yelp. I am so glad we decided to come here! The girls had a wonderful time! They were so into the game. Our hostess was awesome and made the girls feel very comfortable. Lots of fun and laughs!! Thank you!! I totally recommend Game Show Mashup

SUCH AN AMAZING AND FUN EXPERIENCE! My group of friends and I were able to enjoy a fun game night out with a wide variety of "live show" based games just like all the ones on TV we all have dreamed of being on. Paolo was our host and he provided us with so much comedic entertainment throughout. This was a very friendly and Covid safe environment which made the experience so much more comfortable for everyone. Thank you Paolo for a MUCH NEEDED night out with my friends! I look forward to coming back again soon!

Wow, this was fun! Our Host, Kevin, was smooth, well dressed and quick with the sound bytes at the perfect moment. We played "Battle of the Brothers" my twin sons' 14th birthday, and it couldn't have been better. I highly suggest finding 7 others and book a "Show" for yourself. Hint: make sure you are up to date on your Movie Quotes, Trivia, Pop Stars and you also know the alphabet... Im going back soon for some Axe throwing too!

You have to try this place if you do or don't love game shows!! It's the best time to be with friends and have a great time together! Jenna is such a great host! We will be going back again and again!

    Building outside

In town for my cousin's birthday and we stopped in to do the game show mashup. Jenna was our host, and she was awesome. It's a mix of game shows in one and takes about 1 hour! I recommend if you love game shows and are in a group. Jenna was super sweet and made it really fun!! They also offer axe throwing and a rage room.

I was looking for a fun, memorable way to mix up a group date night and was very happy to have stumbled across this little gem! The game show takes place on the second story above the axe throwing place and is set up with 2 long tables for 2 separate teams, a podium for the host, wheel of fortune type wheel, plinko board and screen to display teams point count, timer and current phrase you're trying to guess. There are several games, points and chips to be earned to ultimately determine who will be the winning team, but in our battle of the sexes of course the ladies won. Our host, Pow-low, was very entertaining and kept things flowing well. You will laugh, sing, curse yourself, dance, wrack your brain, give high fives and have an overall great time! Such a great idea!

My party went here for a bachelor party weekend, not really knowing what we were getting into. It turned out to be so good that we spun the block and did another one the day of our return flight. This location is on the third floor of an open building, and the elevator was so janky that we thought it was part of the experience, after about 7-8 seconds of rough shaking, the elevator doors opened, and we made our way to the actual location. The business was operated by one man Nasir, who was the best "host" someone could ask for. The escape room we did (Cannibal room); had a live actor, and Nasir honestly deserves an Oscar for his performance. Out of respect for the business, I won't share details of the room, but I will say that the puzzles were the perfect blend of rigor and entertainment. I hate escape rooms where the puzzles are not intuitive. These were all intuitive but also difficult! All in all, I give this place a 5/5 would recommend! We'll be back!

I found it to be better than a haunted house, cuz I was so enveloped with figuring out the clues that I would forget about the scares and I never knew when the scares would come. It was a multi room escape room and I would consider it a medium to hard level. Our game master was super friendly and helpful when we needed hints. I think we did a total of two hint through out the game and we managed to beat the clock and got out in time! The parking wasn't the best, it was all street parking with meters. When you get to the location it is a bit hard to find the front door because it is on the back side of the building up some stairs. But there is some signage to help you find the door if you get lost.

I wished we…read morecould've done the room by ourselves instead of being paired with strangers, but at least we made it out with less than a minute left! However, the Japanese Thriller barely felt on theme with the serial killer storyline other than the introduction video we received. I prefer escape rooms where I actually feel like I'm part of the story. This was a very different escape room than I have done before. While you always have to split up for escape rooms, this time we were forced to separate between multiple rooms so you had no idea how the other group was doing (this isn't great when you're forced to solve the room with strangers because you have no idea if they know what they're doing). It was definitely more chaotic than other escape rooms I've done. The rooms were small and they use locks for a lot of the puzzles, which isn't innovative. They also forgot to put back one of the pieces we needed to get the final combination, so we almost didn't make it out because we had to keep guessing. HOWEVER, the worst part of the entire experience was how RUDE the man was that was helping us on the walkie talkie. He would give us attitude every time we asked for a clue. Why give clues if you're going to rude when people use them?

The whole process was very smooth for us. I am someone who loves zombies and horror but gets very easily scared. I was really worried that I would get too freaked out, but I ended up having a lot of fun! It was a little bit of a workout. I was sweating by the end. For parking, I suggest parking by the JC Penny. After checking in on the first floor, the group takes an elevator down the basement where all the game rooms are located. After winding down a long hallway, we reached the Game Show Studio. There are cubbies available to place your belongings but we were able to bring our bags with us inside. We had a party of 11 and we divided into two groups. A group of 14 (to maybe 16) can fit in this room where each person has a buzzer. The experience lasted maybe 45 minutes and it was filled with interactive games. I had a great time because it was only our friend group inside. I'm not sure how it would be if there were other groups in there with you. Shoutout to our wonderful hosts Lyv and Shawn for making my first experience at a Game Show Studio memorable! We had 11 people in our group, and were lucky enough that nobody else booked the same slot, so we were able to compete amongst ourselves. There is an option to book for a private party though, if you want to ensure you aren't paired with any randos.  We played a variety of games such as Survey Showdown, Wheel of Wonder, Tic Tac Trivia, Name That Price, and High-Lo. Our hosts were super fun and engaging! Loved the buzzers, the big wheel, and all the lights and music, it almost felt as if we were actually on a game show. Some hiccups with the plinko chips getting stuck or falling out, but not really a huge deal. Winning and losing teams got to pose for pictures with a large and small trophy, respectively.  Overall, this was a fun experience and highly recommend for anyone who has always wanted to experience being on a game show, without the pressure on actually being on one that will be aired on TV! The option to book private parties makes this a great option for team-building excursions as well.
