It is an older rec center with nowhere near the activity offerings of one's like longview in Spring Hill. Didn't think a Williamson county rec center would ever offer better pricing and experience but here we are. They are charging comparable prices but not providing comparable quality. It seems they have switched ownership or management and someone doesn't know what they're doing. Noticeable change in quality, organization and service. Multiple times over the summer I was charge twice or told I didn't pay when I produced a receipt. Had several times we made reservations just to be told we didn't. Our swim instructor is amazing, too bad they price their own community out. Would not recommend until they literally clean up, upgrade equipment and serve the community rather than their bank accounts trying to give as little as possible for the dollar spent.

It isn't supervised, so it may not be ideal for very young kids. They also have a tanning bed, a sauna, and plenty of machines that are simple to use. Even the locker rooms are consistently clean. I absolutely recommend Harvey's to anyone searching for a great gym experience.

The spray was probably diluted... No paper towels in bathrooms anymore and soap is stocked at the sinks 40% of the time. Water filter has been disconnected so you can't tell it needs to be changed. This was after they got an entire new system because they didn't want to change the filter.

In the past, I had a terrible experience with a gym. They focused hugely on protein shakes and supplements and had a no-pain-no-gain macho-type attitude, and pushed me to the point of having serious allergic reactions due all sorts of foods due to chronic inflammation. Fit One Five has been a completely different experience. Yes, they push me, and getting enough protein is a emphasized, but the focus is on finding something that is sustainable for my lifestyle and by using whole foods instead of supplements when possible. Alyssa has been great about working around limitations of my body and helping me strengthen muscles that support and eliminate those limitations. I'm stronger than I've ever been, my lab results are the best they've been in 10+ years, and I've lost 42 pounds.
