If you get your tint here make sure to make a copy of your receipt and save it in an air tight bag AND make sure you have nothing in your car and trunk! After two years my tint bubbled up and I took it back with the card they had given me that had my car information and the tint warranty but that wasn't enough for them. They wanted the receipt when the ink on the receipt had faded so much the receipt looked white so therefore I had no receipt or proof. It was such a hassle and after months they finally decided to change my tint. When I went back for my tint they spilled something in my trunk. I called and asked what they spilled to know if it was going to damage/ stain my laundry, movies I rented, and other items I had in my trunk. They claimed it was just baby shampoo and water and that some might have leaked through when they cleaned the window ...when my trunk smelled nothing like baby shampoo and my trunk was soaked. Came here 2x first time wasn't the worse since I knew what I wanted and needed for my PS4 pro repair. not so long after it had a power problem . Took it again to get repairs they would not respond even tho it was 2 weeks since then constantly bugging them . They took away a like of compartments said that some of the parts are all over the place and they will call me when they find my pieces charged me 70$ for supposedly roach infestation. Checked out the PS4 when I got home and It look the same from when I took it and theirs was never a roach inside when I took it cause I checked. On Friday January 3, 2020 I brought my Hyundai Elantra in to get my speaker and amp. I also brought my camera to see if they can install it. They told me that they can install it and it was no problem. They installed the speaker and the sounds sounded good. But when they installed the camera it was okay except when the lights showed up on my car that weren't on before. They told me to bring it back on Saturday to have there mechanic look at it. I bring it back on Saturday at 940am and it took them over 2 hours and they still didn't fix the problem. Then they told me that I can bring it to there store to have a mechanic look at it anytime next week. I was a furious because they waisted my time waiting for something they obviously couldn't fix. I paid $220 cash to have them install something they told me they can do but didn't and now I have to take my car to the dealership and pay for them to fix what these people messed up. This is a long term review. Came her about 5 years ago to tint my windows. At the time they did a decent job but fast forward 5 years and the tint is faded and has bubbled up immensely. Luckily I had kept my receipt to claim the "warranty" they offered. Trying to claim the warranty was a horrible experience. They claim the receipt I have is not from their shop and deny ever doing my window tint. Not only that but the "owners" start getting very aggressive when I'm talking to them. This awesome shop has 5 stars for a reason. It's a family owned business. Jose the owner was honest and sincere from the very first phone call I made. I was supposed to get my windows tinted last week when it was raining but Jose recommended getting it done when the rain stopped. He mentioned they rain would make it hard for the tint to stick to the Windows even though the tint is applied from the inside. I did not mind returning because I wanted the tint as flawless as it could be. They have a little waiting area with a couch and a tv you can even watch your favorite shows on Netflix. He walked me through the process of the Windows drying and not to roll my windows down. he even said if I saw anything unusual to bring it in and he would fix the problem. I really dont know how this guy got good reviews from my experience. I took my PS4 to get repaired . The guy said it had to be a bad power supply and he was ordering a part to fix mine . I asked for him to let me know the status of my system he had for over a week with no messages nothing . I called today and he said it wasnt fixed he supposedly tried everything. Ok if he tried everything it would be fixed I think? He told me when I dropped it off no charge if not repaired so I definitely wasn't paying him anything. He had the nerve to say on p/u that he usually charges do diagnose and troubleshoot, like he was doing me a favor not paying. Came here a few years ago to get both my front windows tinted and the service was awesome. Been wanting to come back and get a darker tint since the tint have somewhat faded away because of the direct exposure to the sun(understandable). Went to the shop and asked about the services and was told that they were pretty busy and couldn't help me out that same day. Ended up making an appointment for a later time next week. The appointment was set for 10:00am Wednesday morning. I arrived at the location no later than 10:02 and the shop wasn't even open (they open at 9:00am). I noticed that two other clients were also waiting and wondering why they are still closed and yet no one has contacted us regarding the situation. I decided to wait since I know issues could arise and with the whole pandemic he might've been running late. I ended waiting almost an hour before leaving at around 10:50pm (almost an hr after my appointment was scheduled for) because the shop was still closed and we had no communication with the place. As mentioned before, I understand things happen but at least communicate with your costumers if you ain't able to make it. Most of the times we have to fix our schedule in order for us to be able to go these things. The same way I wouldn't make an appointment and not show up and cost you your time and money should be reciprocated in the way you treat your clientele... Totally unprofessional!
