Lmao... Please Stop hiding my review... you look shady AF... Got a 1.5" star crack on my windshield, talked to them (recommended from the VW dealer) and mentioned me that it was better to replaced the whole windshield then to fixed it, so didn't gave it much thought since they were being recommended from the dealer. So went that route since they are the experts. The work could've have been better in my opinion. Right of the bat the glass is not OEM is it aftermarket which was my mistake of not asking and I assumed that it would be replaced with OEM, since the replacement cost $375 bucks with them and Safelite offered me the glass for $410 with OEM. The time was pretty fast to our surprise (Approx. 25-30min.), but I think because of it the installation was pretty crooked. The gaskets/molding from the top and bottom are off exposing the edge of the glass. When I pointed out that they told me that... "Doesn't really matter since the glue we used is going to sealed around the glass so doesn't really matter if it's correct or not." I know a lot of people don't really care about these kinds of things but as always it all depends on the perspective of each individual, but at least on our perspective if you are paying for something a bit high then $100 bucks then you like to have as it was originally placed, Don't really mind the aftermarket glass but something that should consider before going forward on replacing the windshield. I wanted to replace the window behind the driver on a Dodge Ram 2015 Pro Master 2500 and the Van had been custom built by Tempest X out of Elkhart, Ind. In to a Handicapped Van and all of the upholstery is leather. The first window I ordered was 1 inch to big and had screws to hold it in.
