This place is very unprofessional they had construction going on in the building and I literally pulled out four pieces of ductwork from the elevators. I did this so that others could travel in the elevator with me up to the second floor. Therefore that made me late. My appointment was at 10:30 I get there at 10:40 and the kid in the Nautica pajamas tells me that I cannot be seen. Well I'm sorry I run a company and I scheduled this time to meet. The doctor here has a poor attitude I wouldn't advise anyone coming here. This place is a joke. Emails that were sent to the receptionist that I tried to respond back to, the email came back undelivered due to the return address being changed. I told them I was not interested anymore but they still tired to book me an appointment. I filled a complaint with the company and the franchise owner called me the next day to find out what happened and to offer me a free month of testosterone. It was hard to speak to him as he continued to cut me off mid sentence. Not recommend at all. read more

You get what you pay for... dont waste your time. See a real doctor. Be mindful of your test result numbers. Do not accept the free PSA / T testing. It is far better to get them done properly with a trusted medical lab facility, in my experience I was told after a 30 minute test that my PSA was "incredibly high" and to see a doctor ASAP. (You can imagine how disturbing this was until getting real results) I did exactly that, test with an accredited medical lab facility, 6 days later my results show my PSA went from 7.94 to 1.5... doing nothing but getting a real test done 3 days later and paying the money to have it done right. Clearly faulty testing equipment, incompetence of the staff or a fraud. Who knows... ? Just don't. read more

Don't trust them - their lab tests are crap, you do not really know what they inject since my T-level hasn't changed after 8 weeks at all after I did a test in a trusted medical lab facility. When they tried to draw blood for a test they couldn't for a few times (bruises stayed for a week) and started giving me some crap about "thick" blood etc. Same day I went to labcorp and all was good. I completely agree with another reviewer here: "Clearly faulty testing equipment, incompetence of the staff or a fraud". The fact they have all 5-s on Google also raises red flags. read more

Free tests for T and PSA. Did get in same day. Front desk Ok. Had to have a second person draw blood first I ended up with bruise and could not get the blood Provider a nurse who in my case was not reassuring at all. To possible diagnosis not symptomatic attitude in my opinion. More like yes it could be. At least at this point did not try to sell products but tons of literature in office. No insurance accepted it appears treatment can be quite expensive. At least referred me to MD if needed.and first consult free plus lots of literature in waiting room to sell you treatments. read more

I have been coming here for 9 months now and have noticed a huge difference. I have a lot more energy have a lot of endurance muscle gain and libido. I started with the testosterone shots. Went for my first time few days ago. It's located on the top floor and it's NICE. Walked in greeted by the two girls up front filled out the paper work and waited to be seen. The whole place has a man cave look, tv on espn fatheads everywhere. I was called in and walked through blood test, after test went back to front and was called into the back and the nurse practitioner explained everything to me from my blood test. Loved it read more

Initially, the experience was great. I filled out the paperwork, did the labs, sat down with PA and answered some questions. My diagnosis was low T, I was given a regime and came in every week for my shots. So here we go: I'm on a fixed income and Gameday just couldn't get the billing cycle right...they would take payment on the 23d, the 26th, it took no less than three tries to get the cycle to hit on the 1st. The shots: Two techs here know how to give shots, the rest, you roll the dice. As a vet, I've had thousands of shots, so I can tell you that being sore 4 days after a shot isn't normal and the shot location, that moved a lot also. The Interval: 3 shots every week. Every time I would have to ask for the vitamin shot, I even ensured it was in my record "Yes. I want the vitamin shot." Every week, I would have to ask for it. Final Straw: There are tests to be done at certain intervals, Gameday did a poor job of maintaining those intervals, my last test, after 6 months of "treatment" my T was lower than the day I started.
