Unfortunately, phone screen was too damaged that Face ID cannot be activated any longer. Additionally, owner of device cannot remember iCloud pw so Find My iPhone feature cannot be turned on so the fix can be applied. Nonetheless, Kevin gets an A for effort as he did his best to provide some solutions. To no avail, the device was damaged to the point of no return. Best that could be done was apply tape on screen to hold it in place as it makes its way to Asurion.
