I used the Yelp "get a quote" feature to seek help to fix my laptop. Chris was the first to call. He is in Bakersfield. I told him that I live in Visalia. I assumed that he would just assume that I would find someone closer. To my surprise, Chris asked about the issue and spent about 20 minutes on the phone trying to talk me through a solution. He diagnosed that the laptop was probably history. He gave me some ideas for a new laptop and where to buy it. He further offered to handle date transfer. In this day and age, I feel that customer service is everything. Yes, skill is important, but I want to be dealt with like someone cares. Chris demonstrated that today. I recommend him. read more

Our offices needed cabling done. I found IT Management on Yelp and contacted them. They went right away to our office to give us an estimate. They were very professional and provided the quote right away. They were very affordable. Once we approved, they ordered the parts needed for the cabling job and installed everything once they received what was needed. They finished fast and provided pictures of the finished service. I just had some scratches on the screen so All I wanted was a new screen. I stopped in the store on a whim to see if someone could advise me. Wyatt, the manager, and John were both so helpful! They went beyond the extra mile. Wyatt had me call the helpline while I was sitting in the store. The rep was unable to hear me very well, so Wyatt spoke to him on my behalf. Wyatt really got the ball rolling and the rep reopened claim for a new screen. Voila!! John had the new screen put on in Only 15 minutes!!! I am beyond impressed. The helpful service I received! Unfortunately, phone screen was too damaged that Face ID cannot be activated any longer. Additionally, owner of device cannot remember iCloud pw so Find My iPhone feature cannot be turned on so the fix can be applied. Nonetheless, Kevin gets an A for effort as he did his best to provide some solutions. To no avail, the device was damaged to the point of no return. Best that could be done was apply tape on screen to hold it in place as it makes its way to Asurion.
