While we were talking to her, she walked off to greet some friend and left us talking. eventually she returned and started ringing us up. When we declined the extended warranty she walked away and had a coworker finish a transaction. Is BB making money off extended warranties and consequently they pay their staff on how many they sell? I have to say, this was rather surprising and disappointing that she could not wait 2 minutes to greet her friend and finish the transaction. Do better, BB.

To my surprise they had pretty much the same deal as Costco! Which was $50 less then everywhere else. Target, Walmart, Best Buy! And I didn't have to be there at 4am to get it. Jonathan, he was the most kindest, patient, friendly person I had ever encountered in retail and especially on Black Friday! There was a lot of questions he asked me just to be sure he had qualified me and made sure I had everything I needed for my sons new game system. Obviously the store is new and shiny right now, so that doesn't make it a "Plus," all the "Plus" I could tell was that they had a counter with a couple of tablets you could try out, but nothing really out of the ordinary, GS has been selling tablets and other electronics for a while. I think the UTEP GameStop is bigger, more "Plus." Still, not a bad location, there are much tinier more cramped ones out there.

We went to all major retailers and a couple of used computer shops but had no luck. Roger at Edgar's was able to locate a used charger that worked for us. I understand that to some of you this may sound weird but it makes total sense. Why spend $1200 laptop repair in a $400 laptop. To me that's speaks highly about this business ethics, they are clear and honest with the client rather than cheat them, now days you don't easily encounter that.
