I just have to say this was a wasted trip. me and my boyfriend went to get one simple item. when we arrived I saw that there was a sign that read " brb in bathroom " which in understandable. we decided we would just wait outside because they wouldnt be in there long right ? wrong. we ended up walking next door to target walked around and came back 8 minutes later to find they still were not back. we then waited in our car to see if they would open up soon before we left. well the sign says that they do not close until 7 p.m so we were going to wait and then as soon as we get in the car we see the employee come out and proceed to close up 10 minutes early after already being closed for who knows how long. overall terrible experience and will not be coming back again. I work in customer service so I understand the need to use the restroom but to stay and the bathroom and then proceed to close up 10 minutes early is ridiculous. read more

The whiskey and Richland employees must not know how to do their job bc one told me y'all price match and the other told me y'all don't. When I told the guy that the other guy said they price match he said no and didn't even try to figure out if y'all price match or not when even he said that he wasn't 100% sure. My husband and I bought a used ps4 today and there was no power cord and the included controller doesn't work right. I realize it's used, but they said it WAS all included, tested and sealed. So, any savings in buying a used one is now spent on a new power cord and controller. I knew I should have opened it before I left. Ugh read more

This GameStop is amazing! Will and Kayla gave me a luxury retail experience. They both have a great sense of humor, love pizza, taking new found buddies to see Star Wars, and would save a cat out of a tree with no second thought. They would give me a small loan of $5,000,000 if I needed it. We're best friends now. We go way back to elementary school. And when Mr. Lars put me in timeout, they both came to my defense and pleaded my innocence. They saved me, giving me the 15 minutes of recess that I so desperately craved. Of course I didn't deserve it. I really was the one who took Ray's juice box. But let's be honest, that kid was a jerk. He probably still is. None of this officially happened. But the service I was given was so phenomenal that it made me feel that it was possible. It made me believe that anything is possible!! Just like I have believed as a child.
