There were a lot of people there that resulted in some waiting for popular machines. There are other machines to play while waiting. There were a lot of kids there and it was noisy. If you are sensitive, that might be an issue. I was able to simply ignore it. The outside space was used as the smoking pad, so I avoided it. The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.

At 10 AM, I call to request a status and am now told traffic has delayed arrival until 10:40... at 1040 I am told delay now until 11:00AM. At 11AM I am told the guy is 3.8 miles away... he arrives at 11:20AM... (almost 2 hrs late). Mean while I was fortunate to have had a playground, and have an ice cream truck I coordinated to be there from 10:30-11:30 to give the kids some ice cream. The truck arrives, and what pulls up? a trailer... not the size I ordered. I ordered a 20-21 person truck. I get a 16 person truck... which by-the-way seemed PACKED with 14 8 year olds jammed inside... The A/C did not work, so the operator opened the doors and windows to "Air it out until the A/C kicked in..." Funny... after 2 hours the A/C never "KICKED-in" Game selection... hum they must have had 30 games on the wall... yeah, but they are all the same 3 games... I requested E for Everyone games and had Halo, Assassins Creed and Call of Duty... only 3 kids games... Very inappropriate. The Game Coach... you know the guy who we pay "Extra" for to engage with the kids and help them play games and coordinate the event... Yeah well... He stood around texting the time and didn't do squat. In his defense, he may have been working to reach the owner because my wife and I were very upfront about all of this being unacceptable. The only thing that redeemed this catastrophe was the owner understood we were exceptionally upset, and since nothing we contracted for was provided other than 2 hours of the wrong time he offered to only charge 50%. This was satisfactory, and we are fine with the resolution. In the future, we will use only one operator they we know of who live further away, but that we know is reliable. The booking office, did not care about any operator/owner other that what Zip code did we live in. I'll Lie next time, or I won't rent. Dave

Our party was at 10 a.m. on a Sat. and there was just one other b-day group there that the boys played against and also each other. I believe there can be up to 4 teams. We'd definitely host a party here again, and other parents said the same. Everyone had a blast! If you're not sure, check it out beforehand like we did on an early Sun. afternoon when it's not crowded. The atmosphere was o fun and unique and all of our attendees loved playing the games. The bar menu + the variety was such a hit - so many fun drinks but the classics as well. The Game On staff were helpful and responsive in our planning process and their onsite staff were accommodating to our every need. The pizza and nachos they provided were delicious! We had a great event overall thanks to Game On!

It has a little outdoor area with some seating which is good since this location is small and doesn't have a ton of indoor seating beyond the bartop. The arcade game selection of these three locations is in my opinion the weakest of the four locations. But the options are decent and provides a few hours of fun. There's also only one bar in this location as some of the others like Columbia and DC have two bars. However this location does offer a private karaoke option which is great since a private karaoke room is uncommon in that area. Which makes this location stand out. And with the other locations the drink menu is incredible though each location varies slightly. Like the shot o'clock wheel at Annapolis allows you to spin the wheel instead of the bartender spins it.
